I just received my order today.I bought 4 hippie teshirts and I am very happy.
The customer service and communication with this company was awesome.The shirts are of a high quality.
I was very unsure but I will definitely purchase again and I am so glad I did buy from this company.
I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing to order 2 sizes up from what they normally would order.

I've gotten 2 orders of 6 hippie t-shirts. The first order was great! Comfortable stretch to the shirts and all 6 had nice graphics. When I got the second order I noticed the material had changed. Four out of the 6 were a thicker material with no stretch. They still fit, but not as nice. Graphics were fine. I ordered the V neck with the shorter sleeve. You can kind of tell by the way they hang off the shoulders. They aren't as sloppy. I normally wear a large, but ordered 2 sizes up both times. They fit comfortable without being sloppy.

I ordered two shirts, upsized as the site suggested. I got the correct shirts, they fit right and are cute and comfortable. Now I realize that I must be the exception as I read all the problems others have had with them!

Ordered there several times and in one order they missed a shirt. I reached out to their customer support team and it is beyond frustrating- they just keep sending the same email over and over asking if I can take pictures of the shirts. I sent them the pics of the shirts, order number, everything they asked for and they only respond with the same email.

I looked at their reviews and they have over 95% - for 1 star rating.

The material in the pictures hangs better than the cotton blend they actually provide. Styles are different too. I didn’t even mind that but to have absolutely no customer service is just a turn off. BUYER BEWARE - you won’t get your money back - you won’t get credit - and you won’t get your clothes if they mess up.

Poor quality. Typos on three of my six shirts. Big mistake to buy from them. Lots of time wasted trying to get a refund, which I got 60% back via PayPal. That was probably lucky. Returns go to Hong Kong, on the buyer's dime, even with typos on products. Poorly sized.

I know the shirts look cute. They are not as shown or described.

I ordered three shirts, they arrived quickly but two were defective. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal. I requested a return address and a refund. They requested pictures. I sent pictures. They refuse to give a return address or a refund even through the PayPal resolution center. They instead offered keep defective shirts and 20% refund. I refused one shirt was cut out so the print and wording was upside down and backwards. The other doesn't fit. I won't wear them. I demanded a full refund and am now going through my credit card to get a resolution

Absolute garbage! Don't trust Custompupshirt at all. Quality is poor, but to be expected. What is unacceptable is they sent me a completely wrong item and they are refusing to return my money or send me the correct item. Just as others have stated, they keep telling me the price for me to return the item is too high, so they keep offering a % discount on an item I don't want and will never wear. They're up to offering 50%, but I don't want it and just want my money back. They are scammers. Don't waste your money.

I bought a shirt from this place and it was a decal that may last 1 washing. The shirt fit terrible. The neck didn't lay flat and there are unfinished seams. Garbage. I've e mailed 3 times trying to find a way to send it back for a full credit and never got a response in 3 times

I wish I could give this no stars. I ordered a shirt for my daughter on Christmas on December 7. I received an email stating that it had shipped on December 12. It is now February 20 and I still have not received the shirt. I have emailed multiple times. I have contacted them on Facebook and Facebook messenger and I’ve still never received a reply Meanwhile, they send me emails every other day to purchase their items. I would never buy from this company!

TOTAL SCAM!! I'm only giving 1 star because a -10 is not available. I told them one of the items I purchased was far too large, I received a reply from a namless person saying I should keep the shirt that I cannot wear. This was after asking for a photo of it. What? Then, they have the gall to suggest that I continue shopping with them!! They are a complete farse of an operation, their non-existent 'customer service' is ludicrous and will leave you out of pocket and frustrated.

Their latest joke of an e-mail to me:

We have taken into account that the shipping cost and the time our customers to pay a return to us and exchange the products is too much. From your point of view, we suggest that you keep the items you have received before. And, in the meantime, we will also be sending you new items. However, you will have to pay the freight($9.99)for a new item.
You have to pay the shipping fee from the link: (they provided one).

After completing the payment, pls tell us which items and sizes you wanna resent.

The pictures are amazing!
What you receive is low quality and not what you ordered!
Forget about having your money back or the right product...
This company makes a huge profit by selling a 0.20 cents shirt for what you pay... They obviously don’t care about the reviews!

BUYER BEWARE They tell you to order a size up so I did ... I ordered 6 shirts in late DEC, shirts took over a month to arrive. When they did arrive ALL of them was to large and 2 of them wasn't even what I ordered.
Contacted customer service and got a big run around. Finally they replied and asked me to send them pictures of me wearing them ( to prove they were too big! ) They came back with they would exchange them if I paid the $9.99 shipping so I did and now they only want to send me 1 replacement shirt. When I told them that was unacceptable the blocked me from their FaceBook page or the ability to leave a warning comment on the sales feed.
So I am out of the cost of 6 shirts and an additional 9.99.
They DO NOT HONOR their return policy. I have all 6 shirts unworn accept to take the pictures they asked for, still in the original packaging ready to be returned. When I threatened to contact the BBB they have stopped all communications.
A very unhappy customer that will never order or recommend their shirts.

Wrong style, color shirts. said was dark red came in a bright orage and plan tshrt style not hippy. also ordered a white with a small string of purple butterflies and flowers came tie die in blue and was long sleeve

After posting last week I still have had no results from these people...They are saying they have my goods but I have to PAY a postage fee to get them..It was free postage in the first place...
I have told them I will not put my banking details online again to open myself to another fraudulent company.
I am going to go to ACCC and report this dodgy company....

Just received another 6 tops great quality and designs are fab and really fast delivery. Never had a problem also received a discount code 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Order four shirts they were too big emailed Re refund as it states on there website to email them first and have been offered 5% refund!!

This stuff looks great on the endless ads that fill social media.
The t shirts are cheap transfers and the "black floral peace sign dress" was a small square of cheap BROWN & beige nastiness that would fit a child. If it looks too good to be true trust your gut. 🤮😠👎

2nd Complaint!! Still haven't received my pkg! And NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! This is a joke of a company. I didn't get a tracking number to track haven't received anything from here! PLEASE DONT NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY UR HARD EARNED MONEY! They don't care about the CUSTOMER'S!!

Nice shirts, I should say nice pictures of shirts, that you don’t really sell. Your packers make mistakes, the quality is poor, and you have horrible customer service according to your reviews. By the length of time you take to ship per your reviews, along with all the other complaints, it’s obvious you are in China pretending to be in the US. The material you use is not what is shown. I was wondering why you don’t mention any specifics about material like we always do in the US. I had my card in hand to pay. Thank goodness my gut told me to check your reviews. You can change your company name as many times as you want and even give these shirts for free, Americans can’t be fooled. Made in China is made in China no matter how you disguise it. Make quality products that a US distributor can sell and distribute for you in the US! NO SALE FOR YOU!!! AMERICA FIRST! 🇺🇸
