Laid all the staff of no warning and they still not been. Paid

As per the previous review, same issue, been waiting following order on 9th August, not been able to contact company via email or phone. Website is no longer in use. Initial contact was good but not heard anything since. Contacted the registered company address for this firm and it seems like they may have ceased trading. Charge back via bank in progress.

I placed an order for a Bradmore radiator cover on the 25th of July 2024. I paid in good faith £324.24 and based on their marketing materials they would deliver the cover 3 to 5 weeks post confirmation of the order. It has been over 7 weeks and after a number of emails and calls to the company, i have had NO response from them. Based on my experience, this company is best avoided, very unprofessional in their approach and execution of the order. I am in the process of taking this to consumer protection and seeing how i can progress this further in order to get my money back. In the meantime i would strongly suggest that potential and future customers should stay away from this company otherwise you risk losing your hard earned money. If i could, i would rate this company and my experience of dealing with them a minus 100, i mostly certainly would.

Just wow. Bought a build yourself one previously and it was awful - went on the skip. Then decided to go bespoke. Definitely worth buying a bespoke one. Measurements you take are thoroughly checked and it’s fits perfectly and looks the part. High quality and sturdy. Would highly recommend. Delivery was also timely and professional.

I ordered a custom built radiator cover for our hallway. Communication with this company was excellent and the advice I was given when I sumitted the measurements was very helpful. When the cover arrived, we were delighted to find that it fitted PERFECTLY in all respects and was a sturdy and well finished product. We had to wait a few weeks for our cover to be made but are now over the moon with it. Not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for. I do not hesitate in recommending Custom Radiator Covers Ltd.

My radiator cover was delivered exactly as scheduled this morning. Both my husband and I are absolutely delighted with the appearance, quality, fit, everything. It finishes off the room beautifully.
The company provided a quality service throughout, from the advice when measuring to the delivery information. Not the cheapest option, but well worth the money.

Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed. One very happy customer.
