Quick delivery on good quality washing line posts
Left it late to order 4 x galvanised washing line posts and Charles Watson sales came through with less than 24 hour delivery with no complaints - well done!

Wanted a washing line post that didn’t…
Wanted a washing line post that didn’t come in two halves so was very pleased to find one on Charles Watson site. I bought a pack of 2 which included the ground posts and even with delivery it was much cheaper than buying the same through B&Q! Delivery was quick and the posts came well wrapped. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent Company to deal with prompt and efficient
Excellent company to deal with. It's my second time of using them, staff very helpful and explain any questions. The service was prompt even over the Bank Holiday. I have given them 4 stars as unfortunately the item had a small dent but they soon agreed to give a partial refund. I would use them again.

The order you placed on Wednesdsay evening was despatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday.
Unfortunately, FedEx did not deliver on Friday and we therefore refunded your carriage charge.
Due to the Bank Holiday, your order is scheduled to be delivered today (Tuesday).
I hope the order is to your satisfaction when it arrives and sorry for the delay.

Ordered on the Saturday 5th
Ordered on the Saturday 5th, stated next day delivery on all items so assumed delivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday. Emailed on Wednesday as heard nothing, no tracking despite website saying dispatched, no reply. Fb messaged Thursday, no reply, called today (Friday) no answer! Wouldn't mind if it didn't state next day delivery! Communication is shocking! About to put in a PayPal claim and buy elsewhere. AVOID!
