Excellent service from Trade Hut Direct from start to finish. I originally came across the company through B&Q, but decided to order directly from Trade Hut Direct as I urgently needed a bathroom part on a Friday for delivery the following day.
The website was easy to navigate, and before placing the order I called to confirm everything. I spoke with Stacey, who was absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, and gave me all the advice I needed. Thank you very much, Stacey!
I paid for next-day delivery and, despite being slightly apprehensive, the part arrived exactly when promised the following day. I genuinely cannot fault the service.
Fantastic company, excellent communication and very reliable delivery. Highly recommended, and well done to the whole team at Trade Hut Direct!

Delivered fast and on time from a company that appears to offer very good quality and value for money. The company sells on a prime day platform, but it is cheaper to buy direct.

ordered an Evolution R255TBL+ table saw…
ordered an Evolution R255TBL+ table saw and was sent a completely different product. After providing photographs and evidence, the incorrect item was collected and I was advised that a replacement had been dispatched and that tracking details would follow.
After further delays, I was then informed that the replacement could not be supplied because the supplier's stock was incorrectly labelled. The order was ultimately refunded in full.
Whilst I received my money back, that is the bare minimum I would expect after being sent the wrong item. The process took weeks to resolve, the saw had been purchased as a birthday gift, and I was left having to start my search all over again.
The most frustrating aspect was being told that a replacement *had been dispatched*, only to later be told that the correct item could not be supplied at all.
A very disappointing experience from start to finish.
"Update: Following my review, the company contacted me directly, investigated the issue, provided a detailed explanation, and offered a £50 Amazon voucher as a goodwill gesture. The original experience was still poor, but I appreciate the way the complaint was ultimately handled."
I have changed my rating based on the customer service I received following my experience.
