Ordered a gun on 3 October, and it still hasn't been shipped. I’ve contacted them three times now, and they’ve only promised that it will be shipped.

Paul the driver was punctual and very polite. Great service. Very quick process.

Driver was excellent

Purchased à air rifle only to be sent a faulty one, when I called the shop I given excuses why it wasn't filling with gas, I even wasted £150 on a compressor which would still not gas my rifle. I was then told by DAI that I would have to take my air rifle to my local gun shop to get re-gased, but when the guy in the shop tried the rifle pissed gas everywhere. Called DIA again telling them the gun was knackered and was told they would send out another gun a fill it with gas for me. The guy said i would get a call on Friday to arrange a delivery slot on sunday, this never happened so I called the shop on Sunday and a guy called Elliot had no knowledge of a new gun being sent out, he assured me that I would receive my new gun this Sunday so let's wait and see, so another week without my gun and not even a hint of a sorry or any kind of compensation.

I would just like to say how fantastic D.A.I Leisure have been with my recent order, from speaking
to Elliot on the day of order with updates on delivery date (the very next day) etc. to
Darren, (despite being stuck in a traffic jam) for delivering the order, brilliant guy!
If you are thinking of placing an order with them...don't hesitate!

Ordered something from them on the 22-09-26, £9.95 shipping with FedEx, contacted them on 06-10-26 inquiring as to wether there was tracking available and had it been shipped. It was shipped later that day with no apology from them for the delay. Judging by the situation I don't think it would have been shipped had I not gotten in contact.

Have yet to receive any communication from them with my follow up email inquiring as to the delay. Also tried calling them numerous times and never managed to get ahold of anyone in store.

Certainly won't be ordering from this business again.

It seems I have put a crap review on here about DAI well I’m shocked and confused 🤪 let’s put the book straight shall we! I’ve never had a bad experience with the team and feel that we are quite friendly terms, I always get treated with friendliness and politeness so no problem there. I’ve purchased quite a few guns off them without any problems, if anything did arise it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I’m also the type of person who speaks my mind and never worries about the consequences on that note they have my five star support

A few months ago I decided to return to shooting after a few years absence. I checked reviews and picked DAI Leisure. I wasn't disappointed. They were extremely helpful both on the phone and in response to my emails. I've just taken delivery of some more guns and was extremely pleased with the process. Thanks once again to Paul the delivery guy.

Once again, an absolutely flawless purchase from DAI, and my main point of contact Paul, who deals with deliveries far and wide, was absolutely excellent.
Having been advised by DAI in plenty of time what day to expect my delivery, Paul then takes over and brings your rifle, pistol etc right to your doorstep. It works like magic, with Paul phoning an hour beforehand to give an exact time of arrival as he is advised by Google maps.
This is about my 6th gun purchase from DAI, and every time the service has been exceptional.
On my first purchase I unwittingly caused a problem by leaving a 12g CO2 cylinder pressurised and in the gun, which damaged a seal. DAI took care of it - Paul collected the gun and delivered a replacement a short while later. I was amazed, and will always try to deal with DAI and Paul whenever possible.

Paul is a very nice man it was a pleasure dealing with him and the team at dai and will be dealing with again top team service was excellent staff were Excellent and Paul the driver was top man
