Not helpful at all seemed fed up that you asked questions about the items you was about to buy and just trying to rush you out the shop

My first purchase was smooth, efficient and very professional. However when I asked what ID would be acceptable as my driving licence wasn't available for another purchase I heard nothing. As an exile from the west Midlands I always try to support businesses from that part of the world. I will be buying my SLR from somewhere else. Obviously they are too busy to take a minute to reply to an email.
