I appointed Dan Thomas & Co to market my 4 bedroom detached house in August 2023 which was at a time when the market was difficult .

I was encouraged by Dans honesty regarding market expectations and by his energy driven approach to make the very best of presentation and exposure to potential buyers

We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!!
