Darkwolf (dw) have a great selection of quality sabers on their website, which is also very easy to navigate. Prior to purchasing a saber I reached out to dw through their Facebook page. They responded to me within the same day, answering all my questions thoroughly. The shipping was fast on my order and I was surprised to find my saber, blade and sorted items arrived in a lockable hard case. The saber and blade are beautifully crafted and durable. This is not only a show piece but I would be confident to use it for medium to heavy dueling. This is the first light saber I've ever purchased, and dw has a lifelong customer in me! I cannot recommend them enough!

I saw this company on Facebook and went to their website to look at the sabers. I then asked a question on FB, which was promptly answered. I ordered the Saber and it came within two weeks. This is my seventh saber and becoming my favorite real fast! The saber is great the best one I have as far as feel and features.

My 1st lightsaber and its excellent. The only issue was the button card slid out easily. I contacted them via email, and their response was the same day. They wanted it sent back so they could fix it. So I appreciate the dedication to their product

Kit was easy to install and the fonts sound great. Only issue was figuring out how to change everything because there was no instructions, but found a video online that helped me figure it out.

I got the anislayer and I love it, The shipping time was insane! I wouldve gotten it in 11 days from order, but DHL took it back and said no one was home, This is because I recently moved into a gated community and I didnt give DHL a gate code, they arrived right as the gate closed at 7pm so my fault there. I recieved my saber a few days later, 14 days after order. Its also much more screen accurate than the original pictures. So thanks to darkwolf for bringing those issues up to LGT so I got a correct anislayer! This is my 4th saber from darkwolf and I cant wait to get another!

I rate 5 stars because this company really takes care of there customers we ordered this light saber august 30th and got it September 8th we took it apart and must have Lost a screw and didn’t notice so we thought it was broken I contacted customer service on Facebook and they got back to me fast and spent the next 4 days texting back and fourth trying to find the problem once he seen there was a screw missing he right away got started on sending us the screw out of his own pocket he even texted us on his day off trying to fix the saber even with the missing screw making the button loose and not work the light saber would still work and was so bright and cool we loved every mode it had so glad we picked this company I would recommend 10 out of 10

As a first time saber purchaser, this experience with darkwolf has been nothing shy of great. I ended up choosing the Immortal Vader Saber and the shipping time itself was actually faster than the 9-15 days they say on the site. It was shipped out in 12 days and came to me in about a week or so after it was shipped! Great shipping and processing time but support and customer service is next level.

I was having slight issues with my saber and it wouldn't turn on despite everything I tried. So I sent in a support email and in a few short hours everything was sorted out all thanks to Johnny's help and knowledge. The reviews don't lie when they say how great the support is!

Let me start by saying I am pretty new to the lightsaber community and this is the first time i have ever bought a custom lightsaber (I got the Cosmic Saber) and it is amazing! I was expecting a good saber but what I got I feel like was a great saber! I was very surprised to see the saber have twist ignition (not sure what it's called) but I love it! It's very fun and addicting! The shipping also went well I ordered the saber on July 28th and it shipped on the 13th of August. It arrived through DHL on the 18th of August. A really good shipping time compared to other companies I've heard of. During the processing time before it shipped, I messaged Darkwolf for an update and they responded within just a couple of hours, so great customer service too. The feel of the saber is perfect in my hand and I'm looking forward to buying from Darkwolf again. I would definitely recommend Darkwolf and the Cosmic Saber.

Darkwolf was my first experience at ordering a custom saber. It's been a great journey and it was nothing short of the reputation they have. The answers to my e-mail came within hours with good informations. The saber is beautifull and work perfectly. I would recommend Darkwolf without any hesitation and will absolutly order from them again in the futur. And, as little extra, their facebook community is great and helpfull.

I ordered my saber on June 22nd and it came within 2 weeks! Costumer service was amazing. always replied within an hour. I ordered an rgbx lycan noir, which i thought had the older, 9 font sound board. But no! i got the new 12 font board. This company is awesome!

Ordered one of the GHV3 soundboard sabers and the hilt quality is and feels good, the electronics and settings are fine when you get used to them and the customer support is EXCELLENT!
My saber came with a crackling speaker, so contacted the customer support and they answered within minutes and are now sending a new speaker to me.

Seems like all the rumors are true. A very fine saber company.

I ordered from them June 9th and it took less than a month for my saber to arrive and it was well worth the wait! The quality is outstanding, I could not ask for anything more from my dream lightsaber. Not only is the quality amazing, but the customer service was wonderful as well. Ive been burned by other saber companies so i asked a bunch of questions. Quick responses and very helpful. Ordered and received in about a week and a half..let me say this thing is EPIC! I added the golden harvest sound board and it is the easiest and coolest thing i played with.

Ordered a Fenrir in gunmetal with GHv3 on May the 4th. It arrived at my front door within a couple of weeks. Really happy with the saber and the whole ordering experience. Would definitely recommend Darkwolf and will order from them again.

The saber was ordered on 10May and I received the saber on the 23May.INCREDIBLE. The shipping time is amazing especially since the previous saber i bought from a different company took like 2months.I ordered the Lycan Noir saber and so far it feels great and looks gorgeous.
