I bought the Luke Saber and it's just perfect. Everything I wanted after watching the Mandalorian! And the customer service is also excellent. I later needed assistance with my order and they were helpful and polite and helped me immediately! Great experience overall highly recommend them for their work!

Ok so I know I haven't gotten a Dark Wolf saber yet. Though I do have a question. I chose Blood Fang saber and I chose Xeno Neopixel and the coupler option. does that mean I'll get a second blade to connect or do I need to get a secondary Blood Fang saber in order to connect them both. But either way I have watched multiple vids on the Dark wolf sabers and I gotta say. Keep up the good work.

I ordered on a Saturday evening and my lightsaber staffs reached my doorstep on Friday! From Honkong to Germany in such a short amount of time! I don´t know how Johnny is doing this, but it´s incredible!

I ordered The Fallen and Darth Maul, and what can I say? Both are so breathtaking! I could not chose 24 inch Blades for the Darth Maul, so I wrote him and he changed those 32 inch to 24! Awesome! Those are my first higher priced Sabers, and I was first at a loss regarding some topics with those sabers, like how to charge them?
I contacted Johnny to help a noob here, and he did that fast and promptly. Johnny is THE GUY if you are looking for best in class customer support and customer satisfaction!
Those Sabers are sturdy, have a great design and, like I said, parcel is lightning fast and support is top notch!
If you are looking for a lightsaber, go to Darkwolfsabers. They have battleproof versions, too.

When I ordered my saber I accidentally messed something up with my order and I emailed them and they had it fixed in like 5 minutes, and it was 4 am in the morning! and by far the fastest shipping of any saber company I have bought from.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a part from the company and I experienced a problem with it. The company personally called me to try to help fix the issue and offered to replace the part even though it was not their fault!!!! Very very satisfied with this company!

I'm giving 2-stars because the customer service was pretty good. I recieved my lightsaber not too long after ordering. I opened the box, followed the instructions, then I ignited it. It lit up, but there was no sound. It kept telling me there was an error. I played around with it for a while, checked online to see if anyone else knew a fix, but had no luck. I messaged the owner directly & he told me to send it in. I sent it in & about a week later, I got it back & it was working great, up until recently. I don't use it much, it's more for display, but every now & then I pick it up & flourish it around. I ignited it & it was working but within five minutes, it stopped emitting sound. I've tried turning it on & back off, but the red power button stays lit & won't shut off. I wanted a cheap, affordable lightsaber & that's what I got. I suggest anyone who's looking to buy one, just to set that idea aside for a while to give you more time to save so you can buy a more reliable one from a more reliable company. Mine cost around $200, If I waited 2 months, I could've bought one from Sabertrio & been set for years.

When my first purchase arrived, the button was faulty, and eventually completely stopped working.
Darkwolfsabers was quick to respond on facebook, helped me through diagnostics, and eventually posted me a replacement. Works great, looks great, FEELS GREAT!

Customer service was very quick to respond and they were very helpful. The saber is nice and light and the quality is outstanding for the price. For $89 I got a full rgb saber, multiple soundfonts, smooth swing, flash on clash and blaster deflection. It's affordable and has great quality compared to Ultrasabers. Ultrasabers charges way to much for what you get. I definitely recommend Darkwolfsabers!

I had recently purchased a saber from a seller on Facebook and it was from Darkwolf Sabers. I was very impressed with the quality of the hilt that I ordered a new one directly from them. They did not disappoint! Again, great quality in the design and fantastic lighting. I even reached out to ask how to change the battery out for a fresh one (even though it has a charge port, I bought extra batteries so I could swap them out and charge them externally) and they went above and beyond by making a video tutorial and sending it to me. Shipping times were also as fast as they say. My order shipped 5 business days after making it, and took another 9 days to arrive from international shipping. All in all, a fantastic experience, I will be ordering again the future! Keep up the great work Darkwolf!

After watching a lot of YouTube videos and researching neopixel lightsabers for the last couple of months, I decided to order the Reaver model from DarkWolf Sabers. It arrived in about a week and, like others have said, I’m finding it hard to put down for too long. The pre-loaded sound fonts and effects are amazing! Thank you!!!

Just received my Reaver (proffie/neopixel version) yesterday. I haven't been able to put it down. This saber is amazing. I own several sabers, and this one just leaped into my top 3. Customer service was excellent (as always). This truly is one of the best companies I've dealt with. (including some of the larger non-lgt companies). Highly recommend Darkwolf to everyone.

I purchased my first Proffie saber from Darkwolfsabers after looking at positive youtube reviews. I can now say that I can attest to the validity of these reviews having experienced first hand exceptional customer service. Something went wrong with my Proffie core within days of me receiving it. I contacted the owner Johnny who promptly sent a replacement core. I have rarely experienced such prompt and proficient service in any of my online purchases. Considering that I am in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, being able to sort out these issues over emails and messages eliminated any hassle or inconvenience on my part . I ordered a mystery box, arrived fast ( I'm From Chile). I got a beautiful and durable hilt ( egypcian i think) and with an amazing RGBx smoothswing. I Will order a neopixel soon!

Bought 2x neopixel chassis from darkwolf excellent service again had a little issues with the parcel getting to me but was emailed straight away with what was going on. Looking forward to my Ezra saber.

From getting replies to my questions on the mystery box within an hour, to receiving the saber from order to doorstep in 10 days, I'm impressed.

As for the saber itself, while I won't say the model since it's supposed to be a mystery to any future buyers, it was worth over the $80 I paid, so a great deal off the bat. RGBX Eco Smoothswing is excellent, and all features worked the first time. Not having to pay the Mouse for a $50 lightsaber blade BY ITSELF (mystery box comes with hilt+blade) was a refreshing change of pace.

My only regret was that I didn't know about Darkwolf sabers sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money. If you did your research like I did (Reddit, Facebook, this site, etc.), you'll see I'm not the only one who had a great experience with Darkwolf, and their good reputation is totally deserved. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!
