No support after signing
After I signed all the required documents and completed the process, I’m still receiving calls from collection agencies, and the negative reports are still appearing on my credit report. I have already sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but I keep getting referred to someone else, and then I never receive a response or any follow-up.
I would appreciate it if someone could please look into this matter and provide me with a clear update on what is being done to resolve it.
