Excellent support throughout my consumer proposal experience
I had a very positive experience working with Roberta. From the beginning, Roberta was professional, patient, and very helpful in explaining the consumer proposal process and answering all of my questions.
Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions and concerns were taken seriously. She guided me through the paperwork, explained what I needed to provide, and kept the process moving smoothly.
I would definitely recommend Roberta to anyone who is considering a consumer proposal and looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Have all your information up to date for taxes / balances and collection amounts , it will make the process go quicker

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I was dealing with one person, he was pretty supportive up until I signed the documents to go ahead with the process and then he completely ghosted me. I couldn’t reach anyone to receive an update. Ive reached out to multiple people and I feel like I have been completely left in the dark and abandoned. I have had friends who have dealt with other companies who were updated throughout the entire process. It’s been more than 2 months and I still don’t know what is going on.
