Professional yet understanding
On the first visit, I was informed of all my options. The rep made everything clear enough for me to want to proceed to the next step. The trustee was very straightforward and did not beat around the bush. He too explained to me my options and advised me of the best possible course. Submitting all documentation and paperwork was relatively easy and all done online. I left totally satisfied that I was in good hands.
