DAW carried out our survey quickly and at a reasonable price. It was a very good service

We found this company on a quote site and instructed them based on their competitive price and good reviews. We were not disappointed. Daniel Watson did the survey and the report he produced was speedy and really good. It was thorough, comprehensive and provided us with a really helpful, 'what to raise with your solicitor' page. Just a really efficient service from inititial contact to final report.

I had sent an enquiry over a bank holiday weekend, not expecting a reply until the working week. I was surprised and impressed with the speed of reply over that weekend. In fact, Daniel and Emily were so efficient, I got my survey done within that week. I would highly recommend them.

We recently instructed DAW Surveyors to carry out a Level 3 Building Survey on our detached house in Haslemere and were thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional throughout, and the survey was arranged quickly.

The report itself was exceptionally detailed, well-structured, and easy to understand. It highlighted important issues with clear explanations and practical recommendations, giving us full confidence in making informed decisions about the property.

What really stood out was the surveyor’s depth of knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile — nothing felt rushed, and every question we had was answered with clarity.
