I always book my Orlando Villa through Debbie’s villas. Great choice, accurate descriptions. Customer service is fabulous.

Great experience from start to finish of holiday, booked a villa through Debbie’s villas , asked a few questions about villa and received some upto date photo’s of villa, villa was clean and modern upto date nice and clean, great games room and pool, had fone call before our holiday and after holiday to make sure every thing was ok, will use again.

This is the third occasion I have used Debbie's Villas for a villa and hire car. They are absolutely brilliant. The staff are highly professional, know what they are doing and are extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the second year we have booked with Debbie's Villas, and again we have been very happy with the service we have received. if you ever have any questions they are very quick to reply online, or via phone.

The website is very easy to navigate with plenty of options available, so can easily get into the specifics that matter to you. I think one small area of improvement on the website could be to allow a multi date/trip selector so you can easily compare different dates if your start/return dates are flexible so you can tailor it to your needs. We have noticed sometimes flight prices can vary widely and the longer you stay i believe the more discount you can get on the villa so in some cases you can stay a few days extra and sometimes it works out cheaper or the same price - obviously at present i had to number crunch this manually.

They also offer many services so if you just like to book with a single provider and get you car, park tickets, flights etc then they really are your one stop shop. Whilst we have never used it, we are aware that they do also offer some flexible payment plans too.

I've recommended debbies to friends and family and will definitely be using them again for next years trip.

My only observation has been that there don't seem to be any villas available up north in Florida.

This house was lovely. Well furnished, clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet area. Convenient to a lot of places, including all the usual parks. It could easily accommodate 6 to 8 people having 3 doubles plus a twin bedroom. The lanai, situated by the private pool, was particularly great, having a large outside dining area and its own TV.
It exceeded all our expectations.

Villa was perfect everything we needed and the welcome pack was a really nice touch.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The online chat function is so quick and easy to use.
Wouldn’t book my Florida holiday with anyone else.

the villa experience from beginning to end was flawless and no doubt that the holiday was going to go smooth

The accommodation was even better than on the photos. Brilliant location and not far from the parks. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent advice and service from the staff at Debbie’s villas before and after. No question we would use them again

The villa was immaculate. From start to finish there were no concerns at all. High level of cleanliness, every resource you could think of making it a safe and comfortable stay. A good sized pool and games room: would highly recommend

Very good service, always on hand during our visit and any problems were very quickly dealt with.

Great traditional Travel Agent service, friendly every time I spoke to them on the phone and quick responses to all emails. They could not have been more helpful. This was the first time we had stayed in a villa in Florida and Debbies VIllas made it super easy.
Excellent price for the villa and no nasty surprises at any point in the holiday.
The bigger size welcome pack was definetely worth it as we arrived late on the first day and didnt need to do any shopping or anything.

Another great experiance using Debbie's Villas. The villa was exactly as described and in the lovely gated community of Emerald Island Resort, perfect for visiting Disney and ideally located near restaurants and supermarkets. We have booked again with Debbie's Villas.

2nd time we have used Debbies Villas. I would not use anyone else now. They have so many villas on their site. We opted to stay in Kissimmee this time. Very close to the 192. Less time to drive to the Disney Parks. We are familiar with the area. We wanted a gated community. Debbies villas came up trumps again. They did not disappoint. There description and photos were spot on. Very easy to navigate around their website when trying to find a villa that suits all our party and location and individual needs. We always order the Welcome Pack for the essentials. As the last thing we want is to drive to Walmart just after a long flight. We always enjoy a rest day the day after to get over the jet lag and never do parks back to back. This is where the pool comes in handy to be able to just chill out. Debbie’s villas is easy to navigate around their website. They always send you information booklet and directions before you leave uk. Always send you receipts for payments and balance due and when to pay by e mail. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You also have agents in Florida to help with any problems. To save you communitcating with the owners direct. Luckily everything went to plan without any hiccups. Thank you Debbies villas team.
