Staff were brilliant great communication throughout - could not fault. The only let down was the cleanliness of the property - dusty and bathrooms needed cleaning before use

We booked the villa and car through Debbie's Villas. I knew the area so was delighted with the properties on offer. The villa was excellent. Very clean tidy. Well equipped and convenient. Debbie's villas were quick to help and very helpful during the booking process. I sent a question about local gyms and had a reply with details within minutes. They phoned prior to our trip to check we had our details and passed on up to date information. On return they rang to check everything was in order. We had a great time and had been given suggestions of things to do other than the parks. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to book florida.

Great company to deal with, provided me with all the information well in advance and also phoned me to double check I had everything I needed. They also told me who to contact if there was any issues when we were away (which there wasn't).

The villa itself was amazing. It was immaculate and was even better in person than it was on the photos. It had everything we needed and helped us have a brilliant holiday.

Debbies Villas also contacted me after the holiday to make sure everything was ok which I thought was a nice touch.

I have used Debbie's Villas for years and never had a problem, they are super helpful on the phone and the phone call you get hen your home is a nice touch. Won't use anyone else for our Florida holidays

Usual great service no complaints highly recommended

The booking process was so easy and helpful. The villa was perfect. Every single thing you could want was in there. All cleaning materials there so I could make sure all was clean and tidy before we left. A washing machine and dryer were the dogs ( doodaas)
Very comfortable seating and beds out of this world. Only problem was they were very high and I am only 5ft……we laughed about it…it wasn’t as bad as it sounds.
Would not hesitate to book Debbie’s again. The starter pack of bread butter milk etc was an absolute bonus.

Staff of debbies villas were superb and helpful nothing was too much trouble even after we came back they were supportive and took details of our complaint to follow up.The orlando resort was as pictured, however the villa whilst looked clean when we arrived needed deeper cleaning, the basics cleaning had only touched

Absolutely wonderful holiday. The whole experience from booking even to fixing my error with the car hire could not of been easier.
The holiday well the house we rented was superb and immaculately presented.
We even spotted the Debbie’s villas team out and about a couple of times while we were there. The photos on the website were 100% a true picture of the house & interior. We were 25 minutes from Universal 10 minutes from Disney.
Parking was easy and free as the property we rented did not have its own driveway but parking spaces right outside the front door. The neighbourhood was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we did not have time to get to the club house and check out the facilities but from the outside looked very good.
If there’s any doubt give these guys a call they answered all my questions before booking and were so helpful. I will definitely be booking my next holiday through Debbie’s villas and have recommended them to friends.

Can not recommend this company this company highly enough. Great communication, whenever emailed or called with a question they responded immediately. All the information supplied was easy to understand and giving multiple little cut out addresses for the villa was great for everyone’s wallets. Will definitely book through them again.

Really nice phone call before we traveled , info was clear about entry to watersong and the villa . And again nice phone call when we got home asking if everything was ok , which it was can’t wait to do the villa experience again would highly recommend a villa and Debbie’s villas will our place to book thanks .

Easy booking experience and quick response time for any queries

Just returned from The Beach Themed Villa in Indian Ridge Oaks.

The villa was spectacular, very cleverly designed. The pool area was exceptional with the hot tub an added bonus. The Villa was so clean and spacious with every amenity you could ever wish for.

The bed was massive and very comfortable.

On the last day, we met the owners who were so lovely and caring.

The booking through Debbies Villas was very simple and straight forward. Checking in information was very comprehensive and easy to understand, with a food hamper as an added bonus after a long trip.

There are lots of lovely restaurants and shopping experiences within easy reach including Disney which was about 10 minutes away by car.

We will definatedly be using one of these villas again.
