first and foremost my application was declined, but I liked the fact that debt negotiators got onto it and sort it out very quickly the fees charges are a killer but it is what it is , they did a great job in negotiating repayment for my debts

The concept is awesome, can be a bit of a drama if you work in my industry and don’t get time to talk to a consultant.

The process was not explained well. In the initial query which I’ve done before applying, it was told that the two months fees will be included in the 5 years contract but this was not the case. These two months are for their payments which was not sure yet if I’ll be approved or not. They have not helped at all the person in debts because they collected their payment first aside from the monthly income they get from the debtor. They are very accommodating before the contract signing but hard to contact when contract had been signed. Also, very annoying when they always email you about your payment!
My advice to the prospective user of this method is to make sure that everything is clear. Inquire also as many companies and select the best that suits you.

They helped me through a very difficult part of my life and they were very supportive through the whole transition which I had never experienced before I would recommend this company to all that is needing help with there finances without talking to these guys I would of had a nervous breakdown my life is so much happier since I took this step it’s very daunting at first cause you never thought you would be in a position like this but I strongly thank you for all the help you gave me
