I signed a 5year contract and all has been paid off and completed. Only to be told that I signed a Part 9 bankruptcy which publicly flagged me as “bad creditor” when I applied for a home loan. I wasn’t informed of this consequence when I signed up 5 years ago and was told that it will not affect my credit rating in the future once it’s completed. I feel so deflated and I don’t want anybody else to experience the same. Lesson learnt. Ask for the right questions. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
