I saw Elena for a consultation and she was so lovely, welcoming, and professional. I've seen other dermatologists before and they just pushed their own products onto you and seemed like they didn't care. Elena actually took the time to take me through what she thought would be best for my skin, and give me multiple options in case I couldn't afford a treatment! She even took the time to review my current skincare routine and advised me against using certain products. I had so many questions about skincare and she answered them all so Thank you, Elena :)

Feeling that I’m in safe hands with Elena. She keeps you at ease before, during and post treatment. She is very honest with recommendations. She isn’t pushy and allows you to make enlightened decisions for yourself.

The care and attention given by Dr Benji Dhillon is exceptional. I have had both fillers and Botox on several occasions and I am always delighted with the natural enhancements that are achieved.

I saw Dr Elena about a problem reaction with a poor treatment I received from a therapist abroad. Before her I struggled to find a person who would even take this on. She was exceptionally honest and professional and is coming back to me with a treatment plan. The treatment will include correction and future advice to meet my own personal concerns. I feel confident.

I had consultation with Dr Teuta, she noticed the issue that some other doctors/ dentists didn’t manage to see for a long time. It made me realise that she is detailed, highly knowledgeable and cares to do the best for the client.

I was a bit apprehensive coming into the clinic, as have never had any treatments done like this in the past. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome by the staff at reception, the lady taking my photos, and Dr Benji Dhillon who made me feel at ease and calmly talked through the procedures that he recommended I should have done and that they would be natural and not over the top as you see with some people, especially celebs! He was friendly and genuine and gave his honest opinion, which gave me the confidence to take the next step and book my first treatment with him and his team. I look forward to seeing you. Dr. Elina took the time to consult, review the consultation and set up a meeting with Dr. Benji for a second opinion. No one was pushy. I found the advice to be honest and at no point a pie-in-the-sky sell attitude that has become so common in this field. The clinic has a peaceful feel and everyone seems to have time to be present while doing their job. I walked away trusting their professionalism and commitment. It was obvious from my consultations that I was dealing with the best and look forward to starting treament.

I am now a regular patient of Dr Teuta Berisha. I have undergone lip, chin and tear trough filler and have been so amazed with the natural results given.

Teuta is so welcoming, friendly and informative and I always feel safe in her hands.

Seeing the before and after photos is my favourite part!

She has also recommended some fantastic skincare products that have worked really well for my skin.

I'm so glad that I have found Define Clinic and will continue to see Dr Teuta for all of my aesthetic procedures.

I can't say enough positives for the Defined Clinic. I have recently received my second session for BBL and Moxi Laser treatment with Elena. She and the entire team at DC have been hugely professional, informative and attentive to any of my concerns or crazy questions. I had my initial consultation with Suzi yesterday. She was so easy to open up to and talk about my skin issues. She has given me hope that the treatments on offer at Define will help give me more confidence. I can’t wait to get started.

From strat to finish , everything was very welcoming , sleek and professional . Great ambience , very polite staff , and then meeting Dr.Benji Dhillon was incredibly reassuring . Dr Dhillon is incredibly knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough. After being on the fence for the last year after my initial consultation with him, I finally took the plunge and am absolutely thrilled with my results! I cannot believe how much of an improvement cheek and chin filler has given my overall appearance without looking at all obvious. I highly appreciate how Dr Dhillon’s approach is with a very natural and understated goal in mind.
