My journey with define clinic so far has been absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. I have had a few consultations with different staff for different procedures. They were all so friendly, professional and informative and I have never felt rushed. It is a clinic where they do not try and sell you something you don't need or make you feel pressured to get something after a consultation, but are honest and genuine in their discussions. They use great technology to help you keep track progress before and after because it is so easy to forget what the before looked like. I have had my lip fillers done twice last year with Dr Teuta Berisha, who is an absolute STAR. She is friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. She has always taken her time to get the best result, answered all my questions and directed me to colleagues when it is not an area she works with. My lip filler results have been amazing. They are very natural looking and proportionate to my face, that even my friends, family and colleagues didn't even notice and are shocked when I tell them. I'm looking forward to starting my Moxi treatment and any other treatments I opt for with them in the future :)

It was a pleasure to come to the Define clinic yesterday. I have known Suzi for 8 years now. She is always so professional and brilliant at everything she does. I always feel amazing after every treatment I have. It was also lovely to speak to other members of staff

I visited Dr Arreni for a long overdue review and she was super considered in her advice and the plan she suggested. Everything was subtle, measured and painless, no bruising and it looks like me but better !

Doctor Benji is just amazing!
I was really nervous and anxious speaking to a plastic surgeon! He was patient caring sensitive and listened to all the concerns I had. Define clinic is an amazing clinic. I had a wonderful experience. The staff are super efficient and very friendly. I am looking forward to starting my treatment.

My face needed perking up so I had my routine Botox and added cheek fillers. As always Dr Benji knew exactly what was needed and now I look much fresher! Everyone thinks I look really well but no one has worked out why! Dr Benji is always kind and patient and makes me feel I am in good hands, the aftercare is superb too. I would thoroughly recommend Define Clinic.

I have had a number of treatments with Dr Teuta Berisha and one thing stands out constantly every time. That is her passion, drive and desire to give you the best outcome she possibly can. She cares so deeply about what she does and this just shines through at every appointment. Couple this with the guidance and mentorship of the best of the best Dr Benji Dhillon there’s no doubt this young aesthetician’s star is definitely rising. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I trust Suzi implicitly to do what’s ‘just’ right for me. Suzi is professional, patient, caring and extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff I met were very friendly, listened to my questions and concerns and gave good advice. The treatment I had was very relaxed and unhurried and I walked out with fabulous looking skin.

Dr Benji and Suzi Noble are so talented, kind and charming. I would recommend to anyone.
