From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was made to feel so welcome and at ease. I was reassured the whole time and have even received follow up phone calls to see how I am doing.

Dr Benji Dhillon is the most amazing doctor. It’s been two weeks after I got Botox. This is the best result I have ever had before, it was definitely better than I did at Harley street. All wrinkles all gone, and most importantly is your eyes didn’t look very weird. Looking very naturally. Would recommend to anyone come to Define, you won’t be disappointed with Dr Benji.

Dr Arreni was brilliant and professional from start to finish. There was a lot of time allocated so nothing was rushed. It was a very in depth consultation to find out concerns and what was wanting to be achieved. I can’t recommend her and the clinic enough. The ladies on reception were really lovely and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy I chose define clinic and I will definitely be back to see them!

I attended Define for my first ever dermal fillers appointment 3 weeks ago, and was treated by Dr Benji and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a beautiful clinic and everyone was so lovely. Highly knowledgeable and skilled, I am so impressed with Dr Benji’s work. Surprisingly comfortable too. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be returning.

I have visited Define twice now, once for Botox and yesterday for a Byonik facial. I cannot fault the service received! Dr Dhillon was marvellous, restored my faith in Botox after a disappointing outcome at another clinic, and completely put me at ease.

Yesterday Paige carried out a Byonik facial. She was absolutely delightful, so friendly and the treatment was so relaxing - a perfect start on a grey Monday morning!

And I would also like to praise the reception team for their warm welcome. They set the tone for the clinic, which is relaxing, down to earth and welcoming.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Define and I will definitely be using them for future treatments!

My experience especially with Paige who did my procedure was very good & she was lovely, unfortunately the procedure I had, cool sculpting has had the reverse effect on me & left me very upset over it & uncomfortable & hope that you can reverse this as soon as is possible!

Dr Arreni is a genius!

I first came to the clinic in January for a consultation before booking in for lip filler. I was very nervous as I did not know what to expect. Straight away I was put at ease as the environment is very professional and Dr Arreni shows genuine care and interest into what results are to be achieved. The Magic is how the clinic looks at the face overall and after I was given honest advice on what would and would not work I can not be happier with the results! I have had fillers in my lips, chin and nose over a few months. I feel like me but better as the results have naturally enhanced my face. I could not be anymore grateful and I would not go anywhere else! Thank you!!

Great experience. Starting from booking my appointment with the receptionist to helping me with the technical glitch to my online appointment with Dr Paige, all was superb. Fantastic customer service. I have not had a treatment yet but will highly recommend the clinic for how comfortable they make their clients. 5 stars !!

Paige At Define Clinic is the most wonderful and helpful practitioner I have ever came across. I have had a Coolsculpting done with her and can highly recommend her professional and honest approach. Paige is highly experienced , caring and have the safety of the patient as her highest priority.

I had Botox treatment for the first time ever back in 2021, with Dr Teuta Berisha. I have since gone back twice for a top-up and will remain a loyal client of hers. I am very picky and (understandably) selective with my face, but Dr Berisha made me so comfortable and her attention to detail is to be praised. She is a perfectionist and really cares for her clients. I’m really pleased with the results. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Dr Benji Dhillon is just amazing!
I have always said I would never any filler in my face… as I’m too nervous!
I have always looked after my skin and have regular facials and non invasive treatments, however the last 12 months I have been unhappy with lines around my mouth.. I have admired friends that have procedures but always thought it wasn’t for me. After a friend visited Dr Benji, I saw her results, I was so impressed.
I made an appointment and asked if I could have my consultation and treatment on the same day….. Pamela who made my appointment was just lovely and put me at ease, I knew if I didn’t do both on the same day, I probably wouldn’t return!
On the day of my treatment from the moment I walked in I knew I had made the right decision.
Dr Benji is lovely, told me I would walk out still looking like me, just refreshed.
He was so right the whole experience was amazing. Everything he said about the after treatment was so correct….. I am just over a week since my treatment and absolutely thrilled with my results.
My only regret is I didn’t visit sooner!
I am 54 and if like me you are undecided….. just do it….. you will have no regrets!
