We have been visiting the Define Clinic for 4 years now for skin treatments and aesthetics. We have never failed to have an incredible experience with the team. Not only are the procedures world class, but the delivery is just exemplary and we always walk away feeling extremely happy about our experience, even when slightly painful.

Our practitioner Suzi Nobel was wonderful with us and it was really nice to have Dr Benji come and say hello.

Really looking forward to Define coming to London in spring 2023.

Lovely experience today with Alena, she is so lovely and a real perfectionist so I always know I’m getting the best. Woke up this morning and my skin is amazing.

I was quite anxious walking in but everyone from the receptionists to Dr Arreni were so kind and inviting! I felt so at ease whilst talking to Arreni and she was very thorough with clearing any doubts I had and talking through each of the treatments available for me, making sure it was tailored to my needs. I visited Define (after i had a bad experience at another beauty clinic elsewhere) and the staff were fantastic! I have seen Teuta several times now and she is amazing. She takes her time, listens, and does what’s best for ME. I really appreciate the attention to detail, the friendly staff and the clean facilities. Highly recommend this discrete clinic in Beaconsfield Old Town. The service is amazing and all staff are very welcoming. They are all knowledgable and experts is their chosen specialisms. I always look forward to my appointment with them.

Dr Carter has been so incredibly supportive and really takes the time to listen. To feel heard when struggling with the menopause and life generally was something that I very much valued.

She has such an approachable, open and understanding demeanor, making it easy to discuss very delicate issues. Perhaps more importantly she is completely dedicated to assisting with any problems, big or small, and takes equal care with precautionary measures to reduce any anxiety I may have. I have been so impressed with her knowledge and skills and feel completely reassured under her care. I am so thankful.

I cannot fault my whole experience at Define. From the minute I walked through the door, I felt at ease. Everything was thoroughly explained, the staff were amazing, the place was spotless and the treatment was worth every penny!

Benji Dhillon is highly professional, interested in you and always listens to what you want and gives natural results. I cannot rate this beauty clinic/surgery highly enough.

Visited Define yesterday for Miradry treatment ( underarm sweating). Made to feel very welcome, was fully informed about the whole procedure which was carried out by two very professional ladies who were fabulous in their care with me ( and fabulous to talk to!).
Early days still but can’t fault anything to this point. Would recommend Define 100%.

Amazing results, really recommend the composite bonding, the team spend time to make sure they give you that perfect smile! Very attentive and friendly staff who have been amazing throughout the process from initial consultation through to the follow ups.

Went for Botox top up and saw the lovely Dr Arreni , very professional and gave lots of info.

I had a byonik (cold laser) facial with Ashleigh yesterday as my skin is prone to a rosea rash and dryness from time to time and I have to say that I emerged with a glowingly moisturised and less angry looking face after a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant treatment! I’m hoping to do it much more regularly from now onwards!
