Doesn’t deserve one star.

Ordered via the Pizza Hut delivery app in Liverpool city centre. Estimate time for 40 minutes, this was delayed by 2 hours. Pizza Hut ending up sending this via third party (Uber eats) who picked up the food and drove around with it for 40 minutes. Once the driver arrived he couldn’t find where we were (instructions were to meet at the main front extrance of the hotel we were staying) we were standing at the door. He kept calling us and was extremely rude, refusing to get out of the car and couldn’t describe where he was. He kept telling us to come to him but he was unable to tell us where exactly he was. This went on for 15 minutes, where he kept threatening to cancel the order, we were running about looking for his car. When we eventually got our food, it was cold and inedible, they forgot the dips and our juice. We ended up ordering room service as the pizza was all hard and congealed. I got in touch with customer services and told them what had happened, I wanted a refund because of how this was handled and the whole ordeal was so frustrating. They insultingly gave us £3 refund and a £10 voucher. We don’t have any pizza but deliveries near our home. I explained this and was met with nothing but attitude.

I’ve emailed several times after asking to make a complaint but I’m just told that they will no longer be responding. So upsetting.

Wrong order very arrogant cheeky all they could reply claim a refund Pizza Hut Hillington Glasgow very poor service customer service needs a serious look at ☹️

The pizza hut reward slices is useless I have yet been able to redeem my slices for food . I have tried several times but it comes back with the same message this item is no longer available I tried emailing hut customer service and the reply is the same they know about the issue but don't seem to do anything about it what a waste of time.

I went to pizza hut in isherwood and a very nice young man served me he was polite very clean looking and he offered me lots of different choices if all staff was as charming and helpful as he was you would do really well. His name is Toni he was a bit embarrassed to tell me his name. My visit was around 7pm on the 12th of May. Thank you again Toni.

I made a order and it was for puck up and I call them up and they would drop it off with no charge and the pizza was lovely

Fantastic experience in Hillington, Glasgow pizza hut. Andy - The Manager and the team were brilliant in their service for my family.
He went over and beyond at our first visit today. We will definitely be back again very soon. Highly recommend for everyone!

Appalling lack of customer service. Pizzahut have an award system whereby you earn slices each time an order is placed. Unfortunately you are unable to redeem the rewards and is there just a con. Customer services have for the past 2 months advised their IT are working on this!!!

Disgusting, overpriced utter garbage. How are Pizza Hut still trading?
The gluten free pizzas are hard as concrete , dry, small and sell for an extortionate price. They have no toppings to speak of on them and are a total waste of money. I would never use this company ever again!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I ordered a Pizza Hut on the weekend, what arrived was terrible! 4 onion rings in the pack, barely any wedges, missing toppings on the pizza and 2 x undercooked raw pizzas. It was basically inedible! I complained to Pizza Hut and they couldn’t have given less of a shit! They offered me a £15 voucher which is basically pointless as a further order would require paying MORE money. I used to like Pizza Hut but judging from these reviews they have severely gone down hill and they don’t understand customer service. Go to Papa Johns instead they are the best- wish I had just ordered from them.

Order from here on the regular all the drivers are so friendly and helpful, our driver today Jay was on time, friendly and the pizza was delicious

I frequently purchased comestibles from the Pizza Hut Franchise store in Edgbaston. My experience from the staff members, are very exceptional. Kerry and the store manager, Jamal are polite, professional and very affable. The pizza dough deep base is top notch. Recently, I ordered a pizza, however inadvertently there was a missing topping, but when I called to inform them on this, they swiftly corrected the error very quicky and I experienced high quality aftercare from them...10/10

Took 45 minutes to make a single margarita pizza in restaurant

If you choose a pan base, DO NOT rest the box on your knees. There is so much oil, it soaks through the inner cardboard, through the box and onto your clothes. Disgusting product. This is the 2nd time we've order pan, first time just thought they'd messed it up - £25 in the bin. Last night, same, £25 in the bin. Nothing with that amount of grease can possibly be edible!!

Didn’t send all my order and sent wrong items. Took 5 days for a response and this was to offer a £15 voucher. Wouldn’t use them again, could have seriously made someone ill with allergies. Then when I said I want the money back for missing items. This it the reply

The resolutions given by ourselves at Customer Care are determined by considering all information provided by yourself, the information that we have on our systems regarding your order and any additional information that has been given to us upon investigation with the Hut.

Once again, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this experience. We truly appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention, as it gives us the chance to improve and provide a better experience moving forward.”
Apparently they think they can keep the money when they didn’t provide all the food and their “gesture of goodwill” would only count if I was stupid enough to experience this fiasco again.
Will be taking further - called the actual restaurant and apparently dealing with the complaint did not involve checking with the restaurant if they’d been an issue with the order so they couldn’t be bothered investigating
