the manager never explained the bundle deals ,clearly over charged us ,Rude was not the word ,calling me darling ,raising her voice ,over speaking when a customer was already speaking ,How she was made a manager I never know ,This was pizza hut in Portsmouth port solent

First time in while that I have visited the Ipswich Copdock Pizza Hut and it has certainly gone downhill.
Firstly, waiting staff cannot take your order, it has to be done via a QR code that you scan at the table, sadly the wifi wasn't secure and my phone would not connect to their ordering site, disconnecting wifi allowed my wife to connect.
A staff member did help my wife with the ordering process much to the distress of other waiting customers (insufficient staff). You then have to pay via the app and asked to leave a tip before you have had any service or seen or tasted your food.
Then there was the discrepencies with the prices on the printed menu and the ordering app regarding the type of pizza base, additional £2 for gluten free, menu says £1 and an additional £1 for original pan, menu shows no additional charge.
No cutlery on the table or told where to find it and some cutlery had food rements dried on them.
Lack of staff ment that cooked food was waiting on the service counter for long periods.
Overall a very unsatisfactoy visit
If this is the way Pizza Hut is going it will soon be out of business

Waited 1 hour for food for order to not arrive I. Delivery window and then be cancelled. Now nowhere else is open for food and can’t order.

Pizza Hut happily taken money from account but no food and no order cancellation. Only discovered after clicking on tracking link to see cancelled 20 minutes after original delivery window.

Absolutely disgusted and no wonder all pizza huts are closing down

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an upsetting and unacceptable experience I had at your Pizza Hut branch located in Snipe Retail Park, Ashton-under-Lyne, on Tuesday, 6th August 2025 at approximately 3:30 PM.

My friend and I visited the restaurant with our four young children (ages 6, 4, 3, and 10 months). We placed an order for a deal which included a pizza, two desserts, and the endless salad bar. We also purchased two drinks separately, one each for the two adults. Since the drinks were fizzy, and we do not allow our children to drink fizzy drinks, we felt it was reasonable for them to occasionally sip from our drinks if needed – not to share, but simply to accommodate very young children in a family-friendly environment.

Shortly after we were seated, the manager approached us and told us in a stern manner that we could not share drinks. We tried to explain the situation, but he remained rigid and unaccommodating, even though we clearly only intended to let the children have a taste – not take advantage of the system.

Later, when we collected one of our desserts – a bowl of ice cream – the children (ages 3 and 4) began to argue and cry over it, as they both wanted some. To resolve the situation and avoid a scene, we simply split the one bowl into two smaller portions using an empty bowl. The manager then came over and informed us – quite harshly – that we were not allowed to do that either. Despite our efforts to explain that these were very young children, he insisted that we had broken the rules, and stated that he would cancel our second dessert (cookie dough) or alternatively, take away one of the ice cream bowls.

Unfortunately, he followed through and removed the larger bowl of ice cream directly from my 3-year-old child, causing him to cry uncontrollably. I was stunned and deeply hurt to see a grown man remove food from a toddler simply to make a point. When I asked if he was just going to throw it away, he confirmed he would, rather than let the child have it.

This behaviour was not only unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, it was also emotionally distressing for our children, who left the restaurant upset and confused. We, as parents, felt humiliated, belittled, and appalled at how poorly the situation was handled – especially in front of other customers and staff.

To make matters worse, after all of this, the manager approached us again and claimed our behaviour was “insulting”, and told us we were banned from returning to the restaurant. Frankly, after the treatment we received, we would never return willingly – but the tone, attitude, and complete lack of empathy displayed were unacceptable for any business, let alone one that markets itself as “family-friendly.”

I am requesting a formal apology, a full refund for our visit, and a review of the manager’s conduct on that day. The way this situation was handled was unnecessarily cruel, especially towards our children, and we will not let it go unaddressed.

I look forward to hearing from you promptly.

Ordered from a st helens hut for years and now enough, toppings very poor if i order it double everything the same, double chicken breast 4 piece on the pizza.
Extremely poor compared to wigan branch where it was stuffed fully.
Greedy boss in st helens hut and they deserve i will not order again.

The staff at Blackpool Pizza Hut are fantastic. I had a few food issues and they were so kind and went out of their way to help me.

Overpriced and poor quality food, tatty restaurant and staff not great, other customer complaints were heard during the visit. I don’t know how Pizza Hut is still in business in the UK, extortionate pricing for mediocre food served in a tatty and greasy environment.

Didn’t explain where the cutlery was or the salad bar, you have to find it and then help yourself, not sure why cutlery is not on the tables.

As usual ice cream machine was out of order.

As a parent, being told I couldn’t finish my own child’s leftovers without paying for a second full buffet was baffling - especially with no policy listed anywhere. The staff’s approach was confrontational and humiliating, leaving my family feeling unwelcome and disrespected. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this, we won’t return.
Families beware: this location does not seem to welcome parents dining with children.

We had pizza from Nuneaton pizza hut, delivery guy was great , friendly and polite, Nani,
Food was amazing, so tasty, we had texan BBQ chicken and cheeseburger, both were great the only thing was that it could be more of a beef pieces as there was not enough

Pizza delivery fine, but I seriously do not like them using my telephone number to plug new products to me. Where did I give permission for them to contact me? I've blocked them which means I cannot order from them again.

Pizza Hut woodgrange road the food quality is fairly good, mostly arrives hot/warm and mostly on time but if you order garlic bread they mug you off by only sending 2x pieces when there should be 4x pieces as stated on the menu and on your order receipt.
This has happened to me 3 times

Wife suggested we get a pizza and ordered from uk pizzahut website with store located in Morley.

She said she ordered “regular” pizza, chips and drink for best part of £20……ON OFFER!

Pizza came and it was so small you can fit it on a sandwich tea plate….with room to spare, chips that were rock hard and a small £1.35 drink

If it says regular in size I expect that regular standard pizza size

Disgraceful behaviour from a manager – child humiliated for trying to eat a small salad!

I had a genuinely distressing experience at the Pizza Hut on Canterbury High Street, and I’m still shocked by how it was handled.

After placing a takeaway order in store, my young son picked up a tiny bowl of cucumber and carrots from the salad bar while we waited. The sign above clearly says “Unlimited Salad” — and we were paying customers.

Without warning, the manager snatched the bowl out of his hands while he was mid-chew and threw it in the bin. She then rudely told us he wasn’t allowed to eat it — not before, but after humiliating a child in front of others.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was cold, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. Even worse, I witnessed this same manager speak rudely to another mother and her two children for simply walking in the wrong way. She had absolutely no warmth, patience, or professionalism.

I raised a formal complaint, expecting a proper apology. Instead, Pizza Hut’s customer care team responded with refusal to take any responsibility. They offered no resolution, no empathy, and no sense that they cared about what happened.

If this is how families are treated — and if this is the customer service Pizza Hut stands behind — it’s no wonder they have so many bad reviews already.

Avoid this place completely. I will never go back, and I’ll be making sure others know how poorly we were treated.

Pizza hut starbeck Harrogate top price paid no deals on offer no toppings on pizza plenty of tomato no cheese on any pizza hardly out of the four ordered. Absolutely appalling will not be using again.

Messed up my order and gave me a £15 voucher which doesn't matter because I still have to meet the minimum requirement for delivery basically making me pay full price (£17) regardless.

Beyond disgusting.

We ordered takeaway pizzas from Pizza East Belfast, they were delicious! Ready to collect very quickly, lovely friendly service and excellent, tasty pizzas with lots of toppings. They even threw in a giant cookie for afterwards. Our new go to pizza restaurant in East Belfast

I have placed an order for £38 from PizzaHut here in Glasgow and I have received the wrong items.
I have opened a complaint with the CS but, instead of granting as expected a full refund, they just offered 6 free slices as a goodwill gesture.
Their service is a disgrace, don't use them. Go to the competitors
