Absolutely professional service from first contact to completion of project. Very well priced and completed on time. Very friendly staff and would definitely use again.

I was so scared, I dont usually go in lifts but I was with family so didnt wanna part ways and seem odd. With my luck, The lift broke down and we had to call the lift to talk to someone. After talking to Abbie I soon calmed down with all her reassurance and trusting in her on how quickly the engineer would be. Thankyou soo much. I really appreciate your help.

My nans stairlift broke the other week, I work full time so couldn't be in the house. Deltron are very helpful was on the phone to Abbie in front of house she talked us through everything and very happy with her service and professionalism, the engineer was out quiet quick.
Later on the afternoon my nans was using the stairlift and she knocked out the power and rang deltron again and got through to Corinna front of house she was professional and helpful through out the call, the engineer was out very quick again.

We recently had work carried out on our passenger lift in London and were very pleased with the service provided. The engineers were professional, punctual, and carried out the job to a high standard. Communication throughout the process was clear, and everything was completed efficiently with minimal disruption. The lift is now running smoothly, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We would be happy to recommend their services to others, the salesman dealing with the issue called Robbie was fantastic.

Avoid! We requested service and potential repair for our food lift, the operator over the phone requested payment over the phone, but we paid immidiately via bank transfer, but after the payment, everything changed. It took them 4 days for a visit. First engineer did nothing, just an inspection. Our lift stopped working fully!
We called back next day, another engineer attended after waiting 4hours (and we are talking about a big restaurant with 300 covers needs the lift on a Friday evening to send the food up and down)...engineer finally came, and lift stopped working after 10min again!!
We called requested refund, spoke to 3 member of staff so far, no refund yet, no complained ticket raised!! Just everyone are saying we will call you back. This clearly costed us money with no repair or service! We are still waiting for the refund!

Absolute Con!
In April last year, I was quoted a very competitive price to install a GSM lift line system. Just 14 months later—conveniently outside their 12-month warranty—the system failed. I was then hit with a £500 call-out fee, only to be told that the system they installed now needed an upgrade, costing an additional £2,000. This was on top of the £300 I had just paid for the annual line subscription renewal.
They refused to take any responsibility or even discuss a partial refund—for the call-out fee or the subscription. After that, they simply stopped responding.
This feels like a classic case of bait-and-switch: lure you in with a low initial cost, then hit you with excessive charges later.
Avoid at all costs.

They send someone to our property to damage our lift so that they fix it and demand more money. Avoid this company. if you dont want to be scammed

Pace acquired Axess 2 which was in financial trouble. They put someone from Deltron lifts in charge who actively ignores maintenance enquiries from Axess 2 clients. Such is the business of private equity owned businesses! They acquired Axess 2 for the client list and then ignoring them. So we can safely assume service ethos is not a priority. Perhaps just a brand grab?

Rude unhelpful and left the life in an unsafe state

Deltron are supposed to sell Aritco lifts made in Sweden. I phoned making enquiries and the person had never heard of this make so I spelt it out thinking my Swedish pronunciation may be wrong. He still didn't recognise the name so put me through to a female. She couldn't answer any questions and was extremely rude to me. I have crossed this Aritco lift off my list but informed the company in Sweden directly of my experience

As the owner of a 35 year old domestic lift that stopped working I contacted several lift companies that were, in my experienced opinion, clueless and simply wanted to sell me a new lift that wouldn’t fit in the space available. Deltron was the only company willing to repair my lift and set about doing so. After proper diagnosis of the fault a repair was carried out. It was quite an extensive repair too, taking many weeks due to parts suppliers. It wasn’t really a straightforward repair either but rather one that required forethought, skill, knowledge and tenacity like businesses used to possess. The engineers were engineers and not fitters of parts which is rare today.

I would highly recommend anybody to call Deltron first, they will listen and work with you. From the initial phone call through to the completed job Deltron displayed a level of customer service unmatched in any industry today. A very refreshing interaction indeed.

We have an ageing lift at our care home that nobody has been able to supply parts for but that hasn’t stopped Deltron, they have put in temporary stair lifts to access the first floor and will now begin a total refurbishment. Other lift companies sent people and either didn’t get back to us or quoted extortionate rates. Deltron have been fantastic !!

Terrible experience since they renewed a 20 year old lift in my block of 35 flats. One breakdown after another & one excuse after another for the the delay in attending. Clearly it's under warranty so the more they have to come out the less profit. We are social housing tenants and the vibe we get is bad. But it's our money our homes

Amazing company , with amazing staff and customer service from start to finish. I would not use any other company. My experience with them has been easy and a pleasure. This is a big commitment and a big cost to consider when needing a lift so making sure you go with the right company is important and i definitely made the right choice choosing these guys.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by the engineering team. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional throughout the entire process.

I accidentally dropped my phone under the lift and urgently needed assistance to retrieve it. When I initially contacted another service, they informed me that an engineer could only come to the house after two weeks. Given that I had already booked a holiday and only had three days to resolve the issue, I was extremely stressed and anxious about the possibility of traveling without my phone.

Thankfully, I found this company, and I couldn’t be more grateful. As soon as I contacted them, they answered promptly and handled my situation with empathy and professionalism. Even though it was a Saturday, they offered to come on the same day to retrieve my phone. However, due to my work commitments, I scheduled the service for Monday.

I would like to give special thanks to Jack, who arrived at the house and retrieved my phone with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. His expertise and dedication were truly commendable.

I am deeply grateful for the prompt and excellent service provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of professional and trustworthy assistance.

DELTRON were contracted by Sanctuary Housing Hackney to replace a 20 year old lift in a block of flats that serves 35 flats on four floors. That was completed late in October 2023 & has had persistent break downs. Everyone using it notices the clanking of the renewed lift mechanism between floors that three times now precipitated a complete breakdown. The lift renewal is under warranty but rather than accept the frequent breakdowns are a result of the original work Deltron staff accuse residents of mis-use. As a 40 year resident who knows most of the users very well this kind of insult is clearly motivated by the dismissive disrespect for social housing residents. There is no resident mis use now or during the 20 year life span of the lift it replaced. I would never trust Deltron based on these 9 months experience.

By far the best lift company out there! 10/10 can’t fault the guys at deltron highly recommend will be using them for all my lift needs in the future 😁
