Never ever got my clothes OR MONEY BACK! They scam anyone they can. If you look at all the positive reviews, they were all around the same time. Anyone with eyes and a brain can tell that this company buys or fakes their positive reviews

I ordered a hello kitty sweatshirt back in December 2024, I haven’t received it and no refund. Luckily it was only $30 I’m losing out on but it’s the principle of it all. Scamming people and stringing them along. Do not order from this now lack there of website (if they do decide to pop back up again) YOU CAN LITERALLY JUST THROW MONEY AWAY instead of ordering anything from here.

If I could give it a zero I would I ordered on August 8. I’ve not received anything no response. Nothing bad business.

I have been waiting months for my order. Emails result in a generic response of still waiting on stuff to come through customs. Emailed last month and was still told the same thing. I just want my item or a refund.

I placed my order in August and still have not received my package. Now their website is gone. What am I supposed to do to get a refund on my $220 order?

Received the hoodie. I reached out back in may and I was told my other items will be shipped out within 10-15 business days and that this manner would be resolved asap. It’s September and they stopped responding to my messages regarding the items I’m missing but they text every day about promotions.

Lies about promos, products ordered almost a year ago with no actual news, just false email updates. Their website is even gone as of Sept 8th of writing this.

Reached back out to this company and they are now responding with generic emails and now calling their supposed “mystery items” mystery boxes. I replied to that email and they just sent the same generic email. Talked to my friend who is a lawyer and they mentioned we could sue this company if we wanted to and I’ll be looking into it further as they have been scamming everybody. Also saw their site was down, convenient for them but I have my screenshots.

Scammed. Placed order in January, they spammed my email with “order updates” but were just trying to ride out the card chargeback window.

Ordered March 1st.

Just for reference, I asked for an updated tracking on August 8th, and all it said was “your order is on the way.” No date or estimate. PRIOR to this, the tracking I’d been given said that there was a label created but NO PACKAGE WAS EVER DROPPED OFF. When I brought this up, I was given excuse after excuse about why this would happen. “It’ll update,” “we’re waiting for bulk,” “your batch number isn’t fully here yet,” etc, etc. So I finally asked for proof(on August 13th) that my package even existed at their “warehouse,” and they said they could do that for me on August 14th. But guess what I NEVER receieved? A follow-up email! So now it’s past my bank’s chargeback period, I’ve resorted to potentially having to sue these people in court. I’ve asked for refunds multiple times and they give me the same copy and paste response, saying that it’s unable to be given, despite their website previously stating(YEAH THE WEBSITE IS DOWN NOW LMAO so my tracking has disappeared from the internet somehow) to contact them via email about refunds before disputing with the bank. So they contradict themselves about their own policies that THEY WROTE. Not to mention, their website was full of spelling and syntax errors, as well as all of their emails. Not a good look for a “professional business.” You guys can’t use spellcheck?

I’ve waited for a few months for products at other companies before. You know, reputable companies that specifically state that the items I’m purchasing are PRE-ORDER items. However, nowhere on either of the item pages was it stated that they were pre-order items, and that I would have to wait months to receive my order.

I have emails, screenshots, and receipts of everything proving that this company is a baseless, lowlife scam, and I will be getting my money back one way or another.

And if the owner responds saying that I was refunded and the dispute was handled, NO IT WAS NOT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY OR THE ITEMS I PURCHASE. They have been completely unwilling to cancel my order and refund me. Do not believe these scammers because I know that’s what they will respond with. You can’t have multiple accounts all just lying about the same exact issue and then choose to still respond saying that you took care of their issue. We know you didn’t. We want our money back.

Edit 9-14: After personally messaging the owner of the company(back and forth over the course of multiple days, mind you), I finally got a refund and I was told that it was “Shopify’s fault.” Alright, definitely not you or your team’s fault for defying your policies and telling me ‘no.’ I think the threat of legal action might have helped my case. Just a heads up for anyone who’s been waiting for months with little to no communication.

Like I’ve said time and time and again this company is a huge scam. NOW THE WEBSITE NO LONGER EXISTS. I wonder why? Could it be finally people are reporting to the federal agencies and he’s finally getting shutdown? Couldn’t care less I just want my refund. Please look at my previous reviews to see what govt. agencies to report as many times as you can, he should face legal action. Lastly the one positive review by “Pizza” is a lie to try and gain your trust. REFUND EVERYONE SCAMMER’

Demon’s Basement is nothing but a scam. I placed my first order in February 2025, and for the last 7 months all I’ve gotten are the same copy and paste “shipping soon” emails. They even tried blaming tariffs and Trump for their delays.
I gave them multiple chances and placed FIVE separate orders. Not one of them has ever shown up. Their “we're paying for your order” nonsense is just another lie. No refund, no product, no accountability.
When you reach out for answers, the owner snaps back with “pay attention to the update emails.” Well, your emails are garbage, and they don’t mean a thing if you never deliver.
On top of that, their website literally had a section telling customers not to file chargebacks. Huge red flag for any legit business. Clearly, they’ve scammed a lot of people, and now the site has been shut down.
This company has stolen my money and wasted months of my time. I want my refund, and I strongly warn everyone; do NOT give Demon’s Basement a single dollar.

Pretty sure I got scammed this is why you always look up and research before ordering from a new company, it’s been almost a year with no real updated and just clickbait text messages and emails with titles like “card declined for xxxx amount” “your order was stolen” “your order has been delivered” etc they even turned off Instagram comments just a horrible unprofessional company I recommend not ordering from here and to look for more reputable websites I’m probably never gonna get not order so I’m just gonna try and get my money back, I recommend you do the same asap if you can

Their service sucks, I placed an order onJanuary 6'th 2025. I ordered a sweatsuit and I still haven't recieved it yet. They keep sending these false advertisements out free stuff and they even send you what you paid for and you can't even reach them about a complaint because the email they tell you to email don't receive messages. It's just one big scam to grab money and they don't care
about their customers.

i’ve waited about 5 months now, it’s just all the same bs spam emails, about updates and orders but never receiving it, they say the tracking works but it never does it’s the same thing it has been for months now order not yet in system, so if you plan on buying from here i highly suggest you don’t (SCAM) report for chargebacks

I ordered at the end of April and still have not gotten my order. The tracking number i got sent doesn’t work and all of my attempts to contact them have been ignored.

Ordered two mystery items back in February 2025. Ordered a t shirt in march. A small brand so I expected a wait that’s typically how preorders go so I’m willing to be patient. They sent me tracking in may or so but when you click the tracking number it says the package is not yet in the system. I send an email at the end of June letting them know what’s going on with the tracking they send me a generic response keep in mind I’ve been getting spam emails since my first purchase that say “update” but just say something like “our shipment is caught up in customs.” No real update on why you haven’t received your order. I get a random tiny package in the mail open it to discover a demons basement keychain. I get the “mystery” aspect of a mystery item but if tees are $7.50 don’t send me no keychain for $10 and expect me to not look at you as a scammer. I emailed to ask “is this my mystery box?” Their response as follows

Did you only receive one item? If so we apologize and will send that extra item to you. Also, you order 2 $10 mystery items not boxes as stated on your receipt and the website.
To which I replied
Just cancel my order bro. I don’t even want the other item or my second order. This keychain is not worth $10 especially when six month wait time comes behind it. I ordered a t shirt from yall in march that was $7.50 still haven’t caught wind of what’s going on with that but I think the t shirt holds a bit more value than a keychain. All in all I’m just completely dissatisfied and no longer want any dealings with this company.
Then he replies
We can't apologize that all sales are final on mystery items as stated in the description of the product when you ordered! Please answer the question or we will take it into our own matter of what you mean.

To which I replied
Well as stated in the previous email with simple use of context one could deduce that “I don’t even want the other item.” Indicates that only one item was received. There was also no former mention of refunding any capital, simply a cancellation. In short the question was answered already and the money doesn’t matter. It’s the fact that fulfillment of the order took six full months, the order was incomplete, and the value of the item received did not match the amount paid. I am good. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

A gift card? What am I expected to do with said gift card? If I make a purchase on your site you’re never gonna send my item and if you do you’re gonna send an incomplete order with something worth less than what I paid. If I have grown so fed up that I am willing to tell you to just disregard my order and keep the money what makes you think a gift card where I’m gonna have to go through this entire process again would fix my issue?

All in all I thank this guy because I only lost $20 but now I’ll check Reddit before I ever buy from a small brand again. That’s a lesson that could’ve cost me thousands had it been under different circumstance. The company is a complete joke but I definitely am able to walk away with something even if it’s just a boof keychain and a bit more knowledge. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT spend your money with this company. He WILL NOT give you your items. Report them to the BBB if you want to have any form of dealings with this company.

Don’t buy from this “company” at all. unless you wish to never receive your order or money at all of course! Today’s topic: Their emails. I’ve unsubscribed from their blast emails and text messages multiple times and have still received many emails. Funny how they say they don’t block IG comments, however they do…. LOL. This company is absolutely horrific and should be reported to the FTC. any 5 star review is a bot account. Also, stop sending fake emails about money being taken out, really poor effort to have people buy things. Please stop the blast emails and that nonsense, i’ve unsubscribed and yet you guys are still blowing my email and text messages multiple times. I hope this company gets shut down and the FTC gives people their money back. You guys are d1ck heads.

I purchased a few items from them awhile ago, and my items didn't come until about 8 months after I ordered. Now they keep spamming my email with annoying ads even though I have tried unsubscribing from their email list multiple times and have even sent messages to their customer service. This "company" is a complete scam and I would never give them a single cent again.

The company is a lie my money and clothing has been held hostage for a year i ordered last year 2024 before 2025 it’s literally going on 2026 all they do is spam dumb emails nothing about your order and they encourage you to buy more when they haven’t even shipped the other orders,there email never works but there link to buy always does I want my refund
