The staff at Axle Payments has been pleasant to work with. The process to get approved took much longer than we were hoping. In fairness, there were other parties involved that added time to the process. However, we felt there could have been more communication along the way. In the end, everything worked out and we are looking forward to a fruitful relationship with Axle Payments.

Top-Notch Customer Service
I wanted to take time out to really thank Axle Payments and most of all Aren Khurshudyan. He delivered a top-notch customer service experience. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to respond and professional. The signup process was quick, and Aren walked me through it step by step. If you are looking for factoring for your company. Really great experience working with this guys. Very pleasant people always in touch always pick up phone in time always there when need their help. I have nothing but respect for this company I will definitely refer this factoring company to every single broker I worked with. And I will advise everybody to work with this company. First and foremost. Customer service is AMAZING!
We transitioned from a previous factoring company with buyout. Was a little lengthy, but the way Axel guided us through it was very stress-free. I know already we are going to love it here! We are looking forward to working with Axel!
