First and foremost
First and foremost. Customer service is AMAZING!
We transitioned from a previous factoring company with buyout. Was a little lengthy, but the way Axel guided us through it was very stress-free. I know already we are going to love it here! We are looking forward to working with Axel!

Hailey and Spencer are both very professional and personal while being very attentive to our needs. From 0 to 10 with the help of Axle representatives
Beginning my Brokerage was a known and expected delay in beginning the load booking process. Fortunately when a shipper basically fell into my graces I was unprepared when it came to accessing axles software and integrations etc. The representatives at Axle have been extraordinary in assisting me step by step in ensuring I am familiar and understand their product and services.

I cannot say enough about Axle! Very trustworthy company.
From the start, I really appreciated the honesty from the representatives. No hidden fees. All of my questions answered.
Their portal is so easy to use. And submitting jobs, is super easy. However, their portal is not only easy to use, but easy to understand, and is extremely detailed.
Representative that we work with, is extremely professional and answers all our questions within minutes.
Customer credit checks, are extremely easy to do as well.
I recommend Axle to any broker that is just starting off.
