I had no teeth left in upper jaw , I was encouraged to go by my sister , Rory the dentist , he organised 8am sessions to fit me into the practise, now after 5 visits I have new dentures and the biggest smile on my face , my confidence has soared

Carluke dental studio highly recommend. Going to this dentist for a few years. Moved up to this area. Anna's room is so relaxing in the room with dim lights It made me feel chilled and ready for my treatment. Excellent treatment and customer service second to none. Lovely staff all round

As a patient at Carluke I can only express the highest praise to Anna Mathew for her professionalism and inter personal skills when treatment is required or a problem crops up.
The options are openly discussed and decisions are taken with the various costs associated with the treatments agreed.
In my case a problem occurred for a hospital referral to be made and between the two of us I was seen relatively quickly.
I can only express my sincerest gratitude for the way she operates within the practice.

I recently attended for some fillings with Abdalla, these turned out to be more complicate than expected so the appointment run over by 40 minutes into Abdallas's lunch time - but he wanted to keep going to give me the best results possible, he checked in eith me throughout the treatment and made me feel at ease. I had some sensitivity on one of my teeth that he was concerned about so he even called me the next day to ensure things had settled down which they had - he went above and beyond my expectations! I am delighted with the results we have achieved and would be delighted to receive treatment from Abdalla again, what a credit to the practice! And a thanks to all the dental nurses who are always a delight to be around!

The dental hygienist (Huma) and assistant (Amy) were very friendly and careful.

Had to make an Emergency appointment on Tuesday the 14th got seen today the 15th by another professional that loves her job much like Dr Hassan. Dr Yaa Agyei-Akwa was amazing and very professional and kind can't fault the experience at all

Staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable. I myself get anxious going to the dentist and they made sure I was ok throughout my appointment.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had has been with Callum McColl based in the Kilmarnock Practice! Friendly, upbeat, always listens and takes on what you are trying to say along with giving the correct advice and guidance. I started using Callum 3 years ago. In this time, I've had teeth removed, fillings done and now Composite Bonding and Callum has been outstanding from start to finish. A great smile is life changing and that's exactly what he's done, changed my life! I Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone needing any form of dental work!

I can not recommend this team enough especially if you are a nervous patient! I used to get myself in some state just phoning to make an appointment but since I've been a client here I have become much more relaxed and feel at ease in the surgery which makes the world of a difference!

This dental surgery offers a very friendly and professional service. My dentist, Kalomoira Dikaiou, is extremely efficient. She takes time over treatment and collaborates well with her dental nurses, who are all excellent. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Brilliant Service

My wife was the patient and has a very bad phobia of dentist and dentistry work. But the could not have shown greater patience and kindness to her throughout the whole process, letting her keep control of all aspects of her treatment. We might actually be back!!

Recently visit to Josh for my daughter mila who dislikes coming to dentist.He was very kind and explained everything to her making her feel comfortable and at ease so glad we have be allocated him to be her dentist. Thank you Josh and his assisted (sorry didn’t catch her name ) she was lovely too have had her a few times for myself.

Today I got my wisdom tooth removed by Mr Strang at the Carluke branch, I'm a very anxious at the dentist but after re acuring infections due a cyst it needed to come out. It was 2.5 years waiting to get put to sleep or go for sedation which I was so nervous about but Mr Strang was absolutely amazing, made me feel at ease with a wee meditation talk through getting me to think of somewhere nice, he also offered me headphones with some calming music which I used and they definitely helped. Couldn't believe it when he told me that it was out I had no idea. The sedation was such a help and really made me feel more at ease.Alex was also lovely and made me feel at ease to, and Danielle on reception is always so welcoming. Thankyou for your caring and kind vibe, and having so much patience 😊
