I wanted to get a logo design and found the Design Creatic. Everything fairly standard at thw start. So much for a logo design plus paid for a 10 year USPTO. They allowed me to do payment plans along the way. They did file my logo with USPTO. After some time I and keeping track online thru the USPTO website I saw thwy had reached out to Design Creatic fir certain things. The guy I was working with just disappeared. No communication what so ever that my application with USPTO expired do to lack of information that needed to be provided by Design Creatic. After 6 months I get a phone call from Design Creatic saying that they were undergoing major transformations within the company. I expressed my opinions and disappointment with them and told them that they needed to make it right. They said a fee of 750 needed to be paid to pick up where they left off. I gave in and paid the fee. They never reinstated the logo with USPTO as promised. Months went by again and here I am getting and email saying I need to re-register and gave me 3 options woth 3 different prices. Yet more $$ after they said and promised they would take care of everything. And demanding if not paid they would file a cease and decease. I'm done with them I could have done everything myself directly with USPTO myself without the B.S. Save your $ and time. Find someone else.

Perhaps the logos are acceptable, but there is no requirement to register them with the USPTO or the Copyright Office. However, while registration is not mandatory, it may offer certain legal benefits. But stop with the fear mongering!

After the logo they offered a website, the website had initial costs which were paid. Then they wanted more money to create the content which was paid. Then they wanted more money for the hosting which was paid. Then when everything was supposed to go live the gentleman I was working with no longer worked for the company. Another guy told me I could pay again, and he would get my website working. I told him I would not pay again for services that were not rendered to begin with and he quit responding to me. They messed up my domain.com account so I was unable to receive emails and missed a few opportunities because my clients' emails were not delivered A legal team reached out about a copyright and I said no because I never received my website. He said if I purchased the copyright, he could get my website to work. I refuse to spend any more money with this company and have filed a dispute on all charges pertaining to the website I paid for but is nonexistent. I urge anyone looking for a website or logo to go with a different company as all you will find here is upcharges and services not rendered!

I paid these guys thousands to design and host a website for my company. 7 months later they deleted my website and my login to their website to manage my account. They wont respond to my emails and every number I have for them is out of service. Avoid these crooks at all cost.

Scammers. Months after they created my logo, they had a paralegal from their team reach out threatening for legal action against me if I did not purchase the trademark for the logo they created for me

Design Creatic update. Please use another company. Due to inconsistent to no communication, dishonest pricing structure, untrue statements by team members on why lack of communication, rudeness, privacy issues, very basic logos, etc...In my opinion find another company.

Bunch of thieves.
These people are not trustworthy at all.
The charged me for the website and hosting, but it worked only for a month.
Now they are not available and their phone number won’t work.
Stay away from them before they rob you too.

Website down every couple of days!!! After it was uploaded, it has been consistently crashing every couple of days and it is down sometimes for a days. So much loss of revenue due to unreliable website. I will not recommend this company to anyone. So much headache for about a month. Stay away from this company!

Mr. Alex have is amazing person I have worked with. He kept me in the loop what was going on. Perfect customer service.

I would like to say i have worked with may companies for various things. But I must say that they have to utmost qualified people working there. They know their stuff. And make sure you know step by step and how it works. They hire the best of the best. I must say I have a customer service guy . His name was Aiden He was very friendly and so helpful. I asked stupid questions and he just rolled with it. LOL. I hope that you pay your employees good because they are fantastic. I wish there were more companies out there the hire the best. This is an update from my original review. I paid them to create a logo design and create a website for me. The initial experience was very good. I also paid for 1 year of service to keep my website free of problems and working. The first couple of months, it was functioning as promised and the services was good, but then the website started having errors and you could not access it for weeks at a time. The service I was promised has not been delivered and I do not even have a consistent functioning website. Also, the person I was working with Jack, has since left the company and I was never reassigned someone to take over my case. I was willing to try a small business to save a little money, now it will cost me more money and time I do not have because I have to set it all up again with a different company. Jack Wilson exceeded my expectations. I like how easy he was to work with. He was professional and he always respected my time by being punctual. He was efficient with making the updates to the website and he was always courteous. I appreciated how he always replied promptly to my emails and made the changes to the website. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to build their website.

Jack was more than helpful. He was kind, informative and an all around pleasure to work with.

I am happy with my new logo, but I was misled about the costs. I chose the $79 package which included "100% ownership rights", but then they charged me another $84 for a certificate of ownership. Also be ready for the hard sell from their compliance department for registering the trademark.
