Working with Design Creatic has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch service and support. Please be careful, they are a gang of thieves. Over a year ago I paid them to create two websites and a logo for me. They started by saying that everything was going to cost around $2500. Once I paid them, they did not want to give me the legal documents that confirmed the registration of my logo, nor the credentials for me to manage my websites. Supposedly because there were additional applications that had to be integrated before they would handle that information . Today June 14 I have already paid around $7000 dollars and they still do not want to give me anything concerning to manage my website. The websites are live but I can't use it.

This design company is a band of theives. They start you on a low rate, then don't tell you about the necessary add ons which will cost you $$$$. Will never get the website working, because you have to pay them first for each add on. Same story every time, with each add on. I will never do business with them again. Don't work with them.

We used Design Creatic to design a new club logo/crest and they were great to deal with.. Plenty of concepts and concepts of reviewed concepts.. Nothing was a problem. Thanks Rylee,Arnold and Zack for all you're help

Extortion. Paid to have a website built. Would not send it to us unless we paid an additional $300 after already paying over $400.

Very scamming. Quoted us price to build web site. Then when almost done. Insists we host with the,. When we explained we have a dedicated server, They get upset and then will not give us remaining files for our web site. So we have no working web site. They ask for more money to release rest of files. BAD!!!
Stay away from these criminals.

I am part of a church organization and we needed a logo, the job was done professionally and pricesly on point of what was envisioned. I would highly recommend work being done when it comes to logos, banners, flyers, etc.

My original experience with this company was 5 stars. Great designs and all but after paying and asking for copyrights for logo I was told it would take a few months but it never happened. Not to mention after a while of asking about it they blocked me from the app that was used to communicate with them- Basecamp. After spending money to get this stuff done it is very disappointing not to get what you paid for.

They are very creative and have good designs, but the best thing is that they give you several designs for you to choose from, they also have economic packages for the one that is best for you.
