It works, and doesn’t irritate my eyes like the previous serum I used did. Have recommended to friends.

I ordered the lash serum. It was virtually empty so I contacted customer services. They were great and sent me another one. Sadly this one is half empty too. I shall go back to using UK lash

To be honest I was not 100% sure about the product as I had lost some eyelashes after an argument with some eyelash curlers - I lost. The serum just took longer to take affect but customer service was excellent and sent me an extra one for free. Can’t fault them. Brilliant service.

Best product for lash lift. It works fast on lashes. I am very happy with product and very good results too.

Eyelash serum took well over 2 weeks to arrive - I then discovered it was shipped from China. Very cheap packaging and the box was crumpled- not a great start. I have now been using it religiously as instructed for over 3 weeks and can’t see any difference at all. Using a magnifying mirror to get it in exactly the right place means I can see very clearly how cheap and nasty the wand is, and the ‘serum’ is much more like water than serum. It would be interesting to see what’s actually in it- I may take it to one of the many labs here in Cambridge to get it analysed just for the lols.
Overall, I could not recommend this eyelash serum, on any level.

Unfortunately, my eyes were sensitive to the serum. Imran made the return process a breeze - very helpful and professional.

My parcel didn’t arrive (not the fault of Diablo) so I contacted them and after a short conversation, they resolved the issue.

I've been using the lash serum for months now and haven't noticed any effects. Also, after researching the ingredients they steer clear of harmful ingredients with side effects making it more of a lash conditioner than a growth serum.

I started using Diablo when my eyelashes started to fall out quite a bit so I had some gaps. I've nearly finished the first tube and no more gaps or frequent loss! Also importantly no adverse reaction which some of the products on the market can cause!

Such a disappointing product, half full and very hard to get on wand and secondly the results for me are non existent. I thought I would try it but after using it diligently on a daily basis, with photographs before taken for me it has had no result whatsoever. I could not recommend this product.

After years of extensions being left with stubs for eyelashes u started using Diablo and so excited starting to see results of regrowth and no irritation

I bought two eyelash serums as I was expecting a positive outcome & knowing that if I was not satisfied I could get a refund. Sadly it did not work for me (maybe at aged 73 I was expecting too much!?). Diablo were true to their word & refunded me for both packs even though I only returned the unused one. The customer service is swift and polite & I can only say positive things about the company & would recommend it. Give it a try, you have absolutely nothing to lose & hopefully a lot to gain!!

I was using a well known eyelash serum which stung my eyelids. I saw Diablo Eyelash Serum advertised on line so decided to try it. I purchased 2 lots. Diablo is brilliant. Purchased approximately 2 months ago and my eyelashes continue to grow and thicken. Very happy with my purchase.

This company is amazing! Unfortunately, and I believe due to my age and thinning hair all over, the lash boost did not work for me. I reached out to the company and Diablo gave me a full refund with no questions asked. Excellent customer service!

I have been using the lash lift for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. It's easy to apply and lasts!! I don't wear a lot of make up so having long curled ready to go lashes is perfect!

Delivery was very slow. When the product arrived there is hardly any serum in the tube. I can tell that by shaking it- I would say approximately half full and the wand just comes out dry each time. l suppose you get what you pay for. Disappointed and won’t purchase from this company again.
