I have just ordered my third eye lash serum.
Used regularly it is super. My lashes were thin and short. After consistent nightly usage, they are longer and thicker. My husband even noticed!

I've used the Lash Lift products for a while now and it does take time to perfect the use of it but once you get the hang of it the results are really good and it has saved me money in the long run. I had requested an update on when the Lash Refills would be available again as they were out of stock and not only did I get a really quick reply I also received help in getting the kit for an affordable price so I wouldn't have to wait for new stock. Customer service is incredible, will definitely continue purchase the Lash Kits from this company.

Very easy to use and is long lasting!

After I read the positive feedbacks and got a special offer to the second product, I ordered two tubes of eyelash serums.
The package was sealed properly, great condition, no damage; however it’s nearly nothing in the tubes.
I opened both , to check maybe it’s just the first one , but both tubes are the same. Nearly dried out.
I’m very disappointed.

I’ve always been lucky to have long (albeit quite straight) lashes. In June I had a LVL lift and tint (had them before, but used a different person this time). My lashes were ruined, broken, dry and going in different directions. Have used other lash serums before and saw the Facebook add for Diablo so gave it a try. It took a couple of months but my lashes and now amazing, even better than before. I’ve recommended Diablo to my friends. I won’t use any other from now on.

Thus far my Customer Service experience with Diablo Cosmetics has been excellent. I came home from traveling to find my Diablo Eyelash Serum box awaiting me. The delivery box itself was in tact, however once opened - the product (Eye Lash Serum) box itself had a fully broken and opened outer seal, and the box was opened. It sincerely appeared to have been tampered with.

I contacted Diablo Cosmetics via email (no phone service available that I could find) - initially frustrated that I couldn't simply call someone. I'm old school - and miss old fashioned Customer Service where you actually "talk" to someone!

However, to my delight, within a few short hours I was contacted by their Customer Service representative (Imran). Their email communication was professional, friendly and they ensured I would receive an unopened replacement.

I was so surprised! Very impressed thus far with a company that takes their Customer Service seriously - as so many businesses don't these days. I will review them again once I try out the product for a few months and see how it works.

Lash serum - no lash growth after one month. Be careful not to get any in your eyes, it stings!

I thought I would try the Eyelash Serum as my eyelashes are short, and on the lower lid, almost non existent. I had tried having false eyelashes but not very happy with them. I have used the serum every night for the past 4 weeks. After two weeks of using it, I applied some mascara. I was surprised
to see a noticeable difference but when my partner commented on the fact he could "see" my eyelashes I knew it was working! From my experience, I highly recommend using the serum. I'm going to dye my lashes soon as mine tend to be brown/blonde -
probably grey and I think that will make
such a difference again!

I like the way the product goes on. It doesn’t leave any sticky residue or white residue. It dries quickly. You don’t even know you’re wearing it. I’ve only been using it a couple weeks, but I think it’s already working so I will stick with the product for a few months and update my review at that time. But so far I like it and I would recommend you trying it too.

It works, and doesn’t irritate my eyes like the previous serum I used did. Have recommended to friends.

I ordered the lash serum. It was virtually empty so I contacted customer services. They were great and sent me another one. Sadly this one is half empty too. I shall go back to using UK lash
