Like most of the people leaving reviews on here, I ordered this eyelash serum because I’d seen good reviews on various platforms & because I have sensitive eyes thought it would be the best one to use. Well I’ve been using for almost a month now & haven’t noticed any difference at all! Very disappointing.

This is a very gentle product. I did not have any irritation like I have experienced with another eye lash serum. If it doesn't work for you they have the best customer service that answers promptly.

Great product. It does what it claims. Mt lashes much thicker.

Brilliant product, I use the lash serum morning and night and have noticed a huge difference in the strength and growth of them I previously used uk lash but prefer this brand much more. I have lash lifted my lashes twice with the lash lift kit highly recommend after the first use you do get used to the steps and doing it too, it gives you the lash lift and it lasts too as I was skeptical doing my own LVL but wouldn’t need to pay to go anywhere for it doing now, you get about 6-8 weeks lift too. It’s a Must buy

4 stars for customer service. All communication has been pretty speedy. Cost for the lash serum is good. 2.5 stars for the effectiveness of the lash serum. Didn’t do much for me. However as an older woman, the reason my lashes are sparse and don’t respond well to growth serums is very different from a 35 year old. (Different issues when you get older.) I missed my return window by 10 days (I thought it was 90 days, it’s 60 days) but they refunded half the cost to me as a courtesy. Again 4 stars for customer service.

I was really hopeful with all the positive reviews but... I've used the lash serum for 3 months now and no change at all.

I’ve always used uk lash but after a few years it stopped working I saw this on offer and thought I would try it so glad I did it’s certainly improved my lash growth and thickness

Decided at 80+ I would ignore my falling lashes, but vanity overcame me so trying to get them at least partly back,getting there, had to give up mascara too that doesn't help!

No difference in my lashes whatsoever and been using it for months. Save your money for something that works! So disappointing

ordered the lash serum, they took the money, waiting over two weeks now, I have a confirmation number but its not in their system and so that says no order. I will never recommend this company or product.
