This product actually works! I was sceptical as so many other products claim to work but don't. I will continue to use this serum

Fantastic product. My eyelashes seemed to be disappearing and were no longer as full or as long as they used to be. I am happy to say the Diablo eyelash serum has massively improved them. The length is better then they have ever been, and they are much more fuller. I've had comments asking if I had false lashes on and it was great saying nope there all mine. Speedy delivery and have already purchased my next bundle.

I contacted Diablo with a query regarding their eyelash serum. Within a day they had actioned a replacement which is on its way to me now. They also sent me a 30% off code for my next purchase! As long as all good with the new bottle of serum, I will be a returning customer. I didn’t expect this level of customer service to be honest!

I am always skeptical of products saying they are going to work. I saw this on an ad and saw the results others were getting. Since they had a money back guarantee, I thought I'd try it and boy, Im sooooo happy I did! With consistency on applying it, my lashes grew longer and I'm so amazed. I just ordered my second bottle since it actually works!!! I did a before/ after picture to compare and the results are absolutely amazing. Will continue to use and recommend.

Brilliant product dose as it says and lashes keep moisturised

I was putting on my mascara the other day and realized my lashes are actually longer! I wasn’t expecting results so quickly. I’ve been using Diablo for about four weeks. I already bought another tube.

i ordered 2 eyelash serums by mistake, I only want one but can’t reach anyone in order to cancel extra one 🤷🏼‍♂️

While I did not have any luck with this product, the customer service is the best I have seen!
Imran responded immediately to my email and sent me a return shipping label. No questions asked.
I notified them of my shipment return and got a refund, before the product ever made it back to them.

I informed the company that the lash serum that I had ordered appeared to be empty .
I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a response the following day apologising for the problem and informing me that they would be sending a replacement .
If only all companies would treat their customers the same way .
I will certainly be ordering from Diablo again

O produto para as pestanas Eyelash Serum é uma decepção total. Estou arrependidíssima de ter gasto cerca de 30 € por um líquido que não faz rigorosamente nada. Nunca o recomenderei a ninguém e nunca mais compro qualquer produtos desta marca pois, não me inspira qualquer credibilidade.

I’m extremely happy with the results! It really helped my lashes grow longer and stronger. I honestly didn’t expect it to work this well. The communication and service from Diablo were absolutely great, super fast and professional. Highly recommended 10/10!

I was previously using a serum that had prostaglandins in it and it was discoloring my eyelid so I tried this serum and was pleasantly surprised. It worked just as well as the other if not better! My lashes are.definitely thicker and longer using this and I will continue to purchase!

I stopped using UK Lash as I watched reviews for Diablo on different social media platforms and thought changing serum would be good for my lashes. WORST MISTAKE EVER! My lashes hsd grown long and lush with UK Lash, both top and bottom, Diablo totally ruined them. I bought 2 Diablo serums and used both, giving the serum time to work but unfortunately the results were awful. I'm now back to using UK Lash and am starting to see some small growth again. I would definitely not recommend Diablo.

After using this lash serum my lashes have definitely grown longer and stronger ,just ordered my 2nd tube .doesn't irritate my eyes like others that ive used, highly reccomend .

Posted quickly. Repeat order. Didn't irritate my eyes though saw little improvement in my lashes. However, my brows improved and a small area that was very sparce appears fuller which I am very happy about. I can help thin lashes with mascara but don't like coloured in brows, preferring a natural look so am very happy with the results

I have never had long eyelashes but recently they had really started to think.
I did some research and decided to try Diablo.
It was really easy to use and didn't feel sticky or sting at all.
After two weeks I began to notice a big improvement and now I'm two months using it and my lashes are the best they've ever been..Thank you Diablo 🙂

Even though Diablo claims to be a British company, the products are shipped directly from China. I don't fully trust in the INCI list of unregulated Chinese cosmetic products, the content can be anything. However, I gave the eyelash serum a try, but didn't notice any effect whatsoever on my lashes in 1 month.

Would not buy again, not worth the money.

The only positive thing is that it doesn't sting the eye as some other brands (eg. Xlash) do.

Been using the eye lash serum for about 3 months. The difference is unbelievable. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a 2 pack of the Eyelash Growth Serum, after having poor results with UK Lash. Unfortunately both tubes appeared to have very little liquid in, so I got in touch with the customer service, thinking that perhaps their was something wrong with the batch number.
Almost by return of email the same day, I was notified that a replacement would be sent out straight awat, which it was, and am now just waiting for the postman!
This is the best customer service I have ever expierenced, absolutely brilliant.
