The Diablo cosmetics team is always super helpful, answer really quickly and truly cares about their customers. Have never been displeased with them.

Although the product did not work for me. They were very good on delivery and replying to emails sent.

Very disappointed in the Diablo eyelash serum. I used it every single night for 12 weeks and it made absolutely no difference to my lashes. I gave up using it and ordered some UKlash serum, as I know that really works.

Absolute rubbish. Have been using Revitalist which is very expensive but works. Tried Diablo and within a week I have short thin eyelashes. Don't waste your money.

Sorry I wish I could promote this product but I cant. The eyelash serum hasn't done anything to my eyelashes.

The customer service is the best I’ve experienced with brands so far.
In regards to the product, I’ve used the lash growth serum for a little while now and I’ve experienced no discomfort whatsoever, so I would recommend it to even those with sensitive eyes who are trying to grow out their natural lashes.

I have bought from Diablo a couple times and love the product. This time my order was marked as delivered but never arrived. I emailed and no one got back to me. Very disappointing customer service.

I appreciated the quick response to my queries about cost of posting to New Zealand in N Z currency. I have ordered again as I found your eyelash serum excellent and a saving as the quantity of 3mls better than the one I use in NZ at 2mls .
I have used it also to regrow my hair where I have alopecia.

Their ads show very lush long lashes, which does set up high expectations, but I do feel like Diablo serum has given me slightly longer lashes, which is better than I’ve had with most other products

really disappointed with their eyelash serum, which ive been using for over 4 months now and my lashes look worse than ever! sparse, different lengths and some are straight and some are normal - never had this issue before. i stopped using UKlash to try something more gentle but will be going back now. Also, the bottle is annoying as the tip doesn't get the serum so have to shake and wait for a droplet to reach the tip. shame

Didn’t work. Despite consistent use over many weeks there was no change at all to my eyelashes.

Complete waste of money. Hyped up Chinese rubbish that made no difference to either the length or thickness of my lashes despite four weeks of daily - sometimes twice daily - use. Feel completely swindled. It obviously is sent straight from China, save your money and buy something British instead.
