It was dealt with professionally and at utmost speed. Their customer service guy (Imran) is extraordinary! Communication was very efficient. What a brilliant company! I ordered the lash serum because at age 70 I was having very space lashes and to my amazement it worked onders. My orders have all arrived without any complications. I’ve shared this product with many women.

Excellent product, truly works, no bad ingredients or adverse reactions. No discolouration under my eyes unlike previously with other similar products from different manufacturers. Good to know I’m using a safe ethical product.

I am 78 and my eyelashes were disappearing, after using this Serum I can now use mascara again. I still have some left so I hope they get a little bit longer and when my friends ask if they are false I will let them know my secret.

There's a pretty intense learning curve to do this right but once you figure it out, the stuff really works!! I use it to laminate my brows as well as perm my lashes. The adhesive causes an allergic reaction if it touches my eyelid so I don't glue the pad to my eyelid and it stays okay (once I trimmed the edges) if the lashes are sticky enough themselves. Gotta make sure every lash is stick straight and exactly where you want it cuz it won't budge once you complete the process. Almost returned it after I first purchased it due to the allergic reaction and struggle doing it correctly but I'm glad I stuck it out and found what works!

I've used many lash lift kits as I prefer doing them at home and this is the strongest one I've found in comparison to what I've had done during a lash service. It's strong enough to last a couple months, you don't have to leave it on very long which is really helpful when you are doing one eye at a time. And I have never over processed my lashes with this product. I do wish they offered one with keratin in the kit, nutrition packets are not the same as keratin. But you can buy keratin packets separately elsewhere and the nutrition is still a really good substitute. I've purchased much more expensive kits on Amazon that just do not outperform this product. If you're on the fence I would definitely give it a try!

I contacted Diablo via email as I had a little issue that I needed assistance with. I was replied to very quickly which was helpful. Plus the content of their email was exemplary and therfore I can say their customer service is excellent. This was my first purchase from diablo and hope to purchase in the future. Highly recommend. Ok where to begin. Having reached an age where I noticed my once good lashes have become short and sparse. Having tried that one extortionately priced serum, it wasn't one that I could afford either. Tried another but that didnt appear to help. I then tried Diablo, didnt expect it would be any better than the others. However Diablo was a different experience...after a week or two I could see a difference, a big difference. Having used my leftovers I decided to return to Diablo and know its going to be on my bathroom window for a while longer.

I was impatient at first, but wow — it’s really starting to make a difference! My lashes look fuller and longer. I’ve already repurchased two so I never run out, and I’m even gifting one for Christmas!

9 days since order placed. No goods have arrived which are now evidently come from China. This isn’t made clear on the website where your goods start their journey from. Some contact with customer service but as soon as I requested a refund I have heard nothing. They don’t respond. If you want your goods promptly, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ROBIN HOOD company. Totally unreliable, they will take your money and it’s a lottery if/when you get what you pay for. I call it simple theft in my book

This is the only product that doesn't irritate my eyes. You can definitely notice a difference if used regularly. I would recommend this product.

Edit//received one free refill kit. But it was difficult to find the info on this cuz the person I was emailing wasn't the same.
/ After purchasing the refill kit, I sent an email asking if they sell only nourishment oil, cuz this is the BEST stuff for your lashes! They kindly replied that they will send me some extra kits free of charge. I'm telling you this nourishment oil is the best. Maybe in the future it will be available in a separate container. Love. Also I answered to the email that sent me the shipping details and my email didn't go to a bot, I didn't get an ai response I got an actual response from a human!

I would just like to say that Diablo went over and beyond to help me out, and I found them to be very helpful and caring. And the eyelash serum is the best one I’ve used it really works and I would buy again.
