States is uk based but my order is shipped from another country therefore taking too long for delivery. Still not arrived. Very unhappy

I have bought lash serum multiple times, great price, arrived quickly. I am from nz. Free postage also is a bonus!!

I ordered with this company as they stated that they are an English company however I have been waiting for this product for over 3 weeks and when I look at the tracking on their system the item has been on a plane and through Customs....I feel this is a Chinese company....... buyers beware

Good communication but product took a week because it comes from China. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I knew. Only just got serum product but hardly any in the tube. I can't comment on the the efficiency yet.

I ordered two of Diablo's lash serums a week ago - the money was taken out of my account immediately and since then I've heard nothing from Diablo!
No confirmation email, no dispatch notification and absolutely no sign of the items I ordered. All I can conclude is that this company is a scam merchant. Will be taking the matter up with my bank.

Love this product (eyelash serum). 3rd time ordering. Buying experience smooth. Lost most of my eyelashes (and eyebrows) due to chemo. This product has been amazing. My eyelashes are back and my eyebrows are looking much better. Thank you so much Diablo Cosmetics!

This eyelash serum definitely works as advertised. I was sceptical but now realise that I had no need to be! It definitely lengthens lashes with daily use.

customer service was amazing! I had a small issue with the bottle I received, they responded to my email immediately, issued me a new eyelash serum and they have also sent me a 30% off voucher on my next order. I cant wait to see the results, if it's anything like their customer service I will be very happy!

I have tried many products. This serum is the only one that made a difference. I highly recommend it.

I bought the lash lift kit after reading the reviews on how easy it is to use.
It absolutely is not easy. It’s fiddly and a very lengthy process.
I gave up after about 10 minutes because I thought it was messing my naturally long but very straight eyelashes.
My advice. Leave it to the experts and do not waste your money. I paid £49 which I would have paid a beautician and would know get good results

I do love this lash serum. I have tried a few and had quite a few lash lifts, but this seems to work best for me. Lashes are soft and steadily growing and getting stronger. I have a new bottle arriving this week this will be my 3rd.Xx😃👍

I must admit I really didn’t think this lash serum would work as well as it does! As I have sensitive eyes I was keen to try a serum that didn’t contain any nasty stuff as this one doesn’t I thought I’d give it a try, good decision, I now have strong, healthy thick lashes! Very happy customer!!

I had absolutely no eyelashes due to illness. This worked wonders for me. I know have lashes that are long and beautiful. I have just ordered my second bottle.

I lift my lashes once a month and have done for a while now. I love the Diablo product; easy to order and instructions are clear. The fiddliest part is gluing the pad to the lid and the lashes to the pad. (My top tip is to trim the lash pad to fit your lid as they are quite long) But once that is done, the product is quick and easy to apply. The result is worth it! I'd definitely recommend.

I have seen the adverts for Diablo eyelash serum and thought it was all just hype. I have been using serums for years and had run out of my usual one and the price of Diablo's serum was the best one at time so I thought why not give it a go. I used to have very long eyelashes back in the day but no serums got me close - until now!!! After about 4 weeks, there they were long eyelashes from my youth :) Another 4 weeks and the thickness is back. So, for me, it is a no brainer to continue with this serum :)

I took a chance and changed from uklash to diablo after staying with uklash since covid.. I used to wear extensions b4 covid n went to uklash.. but anyway I felt like the product stopped working for me so like I said took a chance on diablo. It seems to have made a difference that I can see anyway, my lashes are longer and not so sparse anymore ans ive just ordered my second bottle.. fingers crossed they become thicker now too.. v pleased ☺️ ive been using this product for about a month id say so from the 2nd of October to now..

I never received my product… I have a locked mailbox. I am the only one that has the key. The products were never delivered. All of my other orders go straight into that mailbox. This order was never received. Can you rectify this please? I paid $56 for products I did not receive.

I have used only one of Diablo and my lashes are longer and a little thicker. Just ordered my second tube and can't wait for more results!
