What a disgusting company. My son gets up at 6 am and is early for the bus every day. Then today some vile creature driving wouldn’t let him on the bus. My son is a well presented, well mannered young man. So I can only put it down to racial discrimination as my son is mixed race. Diamond if you read these reviews the bus my son was trying to get on was the 471 vehicle number 40791. I will get to the bottom of this one way or another with the outcome hopefully being the driver losing their job. Absolutely disgraceful how you can treat young people.

Worst company to ever take over the major bus route operations. Especially the 471 from Bilton to Rochdale and vice versa Rochdale to bolton. Single deckers instead of doubles at peak times, whilst number 36 has 2 buses.. never on time. Up to 30 min wait most days combined 4 hours per week wasted .
Qr scanners never work, buses need sorting.

I'm 58 years old and have relied on public transport for most of my life. This is, by far, the worst bus company I have ever had the misfortune to rely on. They appear to operate entirely on a two tier approach: either late or not at all. This consistently adds an extra 40 mins to an already long commute due to missed connections as a result of that initial late or missing bus.

Why have a time table if you dont run to the schedule?
Why have a customer service department if you aren't going to provide any form of service?
Why have a complaints department to then not address the complaints?
Why do you have a "report an accident" option over the phone and 3 months later I have heard absolutely nothing about said accident when I stated clearly i was physically harmed during a commute from work to home due to the incompetence of one of your bus drivers?
Not to mention the sheer arrogance and rudeness of 90% of your drivers who find it acceptable to speak to most passengers like absolute garbage. Find another job if you are that miserable. Absolutely shambles of a company.

2 buses broke down again!so when the bus eventually turned up it was rammed by the time it got to Bescot. 45 bus service is a joke, never a day goes by without at least one missed out, drivers are rude, we were promised better buses but still got the rickety old noisy buses, drivers stop for a break when they want even if they're running late

Bus never arrived, meaning I missed an important non-refundable dental appointment.
After speaking with the customer service team, they ignored my request for compensation.
Awful service, awful communication, awful Operations manager. Avoid if you can.
555 bus to Bedfont Rd
So my dog and I got the 04.47 number 555 bus to Bedfont Rd Staines, near London Heathrow this morning. Tina, the driver was so nice. She welcomed me and had a minute to chat. On my return journey, an hour later, Tina was the driver again recognised me and was again, so welcoming. I can't fault her customer service and cheery manner at that time of the morning when most people are still half asleep! I'd love to contact her depot but unfortunately, I struggled to find their details. Maybe I'll keep looking!! 10/10 Tina. A real diamond. Thanks

A bus driver was very unfriendly the driver from bus: 125 at 3:50pm at kidderminister road made a racially comment to me and my family.

I would give it 0 to be honest. Very unfriendly drivers, it was very late, and the driver was making racist remarks to my black friend. I will never take diamond buses again.

Found the bus service from kidderminster to stourport very bad.
However used the number 3 on Thursday 3/08/2023. much improved, there was an inspector at the kidderminster station. What a difference it made. No gangs of drivers waiting for there ride. Inspector ticking off when buses come and go. What a shame it isn't like this all the time. \Thank you

Utterly unprofessional
This company is a sad, sad joke. I feel so very sorry for the elderly citizens that, day in day out rely on this bunch of clowns. Cancell serveices as they please, drivers are rude to the extrem. I lost count how many times in the past few months I have been left waiting for two to two and half hours.
on one ocasion I phone the operations room complaning of a missing bus after waiting for two hours at the bust stop and I was informed that the bus was broken but he will send an aeroplane to take us to our destination.

Witnessed an incident caused by appalling driving of a Diamond bus in Oak park road, Stourbridge, a neighbour was reversing on her drive, as a bus came flying up the road , it was going so fast that he almost hit her car , he then had the audacity to blow the horn at her , clearly he doesn't know his Highway code!!!, it happend right by the entrance to a PRIMARY SCHOOL, slow down all you drivers , it should be a 20mph zone , but as it is a residential road the should not be speeding anyway , good job the buses are always empty, because you would not want to be a passenger!!!

Most unreliable bus company ever. Very rude drivers. Put in a complaint against a driver previously and saw him the next day and he refused to let me board because of the complaint fares have gone up and services have decreased.
If you rely on diamond buses, you become unreliable.
I would say they're cowboys but cowboys were known for for being mobile. Pretty much every time I need to get a diamond bus it's either late, or simply missing from the route. Last week when I got the 96 the bus was half hr late due to it breaking down, then when I was on the bus that arrived I saw another 96 broken down on the other side of the road, then the bus I was on broke down too, meaning I had to wait for a third bus which made me almost an hr and a half late. Customer service informed me that buses often break down due to hot weather, but that day it was 18C. Customer service also informed me that the engineers are working constantly to fix the issues with the buses but because there's so many issues with the buses when one thing is fixed another issue arises. Which seems strange to me because mist of the buses don't seem very old.
If you rely on diamond buses you will become unreliable.
