I have a very good experience with DHS
I have a very good experience with DHS, Brian is an amazing person, very clear and concise, very knowledgeable and very professional. The cleaners I have do an amazing job, often go above and beyond, they are very comfortable to be around and I class them as friends.
The ladies don't like the word sorry, which I tend to say a lot and they are very amenable to switching around days and times to adjust to my schedule.
Thankyou for an absolutly amazing service from the second I called to now and the future.

We've been using Diamond Home Support for over a year and are very happy. They have always responded quickly and been flexible with timings and changes. We particularly appreciate that, unlike other cleaning services, there is no requirement for cleanings to be on a weekly basis and the minimum cleaning time is not too high.

From my very first enquiry, the entire experience with Diamond Home Support North Cornwall was seamless, professional and genuinely enjoyable. Karen, Brian & Maryann have been amazing throughout.
Booking was incredibly easy, and I was particularly impressed by the care taken to understand exactly what I needed and select the right cleaner for me. It felt like a truly personal service rather than simply assigning whoever was available—and the match couldn’t have been better.
The clean itself was completed to an exceptional standard, but what made the experience stand out was the customer care throughout. The follow-up afterwards showed that my satisfaction genuinely mattered and that this is a business that takes real pride in looking after its customers.
Reliable, thoughtful and professional from beginning to end. If you’re searching for a cleaner in North Cornwall, I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ll absolutely be using Diamond Home Support again and only wish I’d found them sooner!

Very efficient, reliable and good customer service
I have had this company for over 12 months, the girls are lovely and I have never had any problems. They go above and beyond. They always contact me the day or two days before to say what time they are coming. The management are very good and respond quickly to my queries either on the phone or email. But to be honest I have not really had any course to has I am very happy with the service I receive. Would recommend this company to anyone.
