Kauft nicht bei VooDoo_Gaming !
Ich habe einen Forza Horzion 5 Account gekauft. Das Produkt wurde sehr schnell in Form eines Steam Accounts geliefert. Allerdings handelt es sich um einen geteilten Account mit anderen Nutzern und nicht um einen eigenen Account. Dies war in der Produktbeschreibung nicht angegeben. Der Verkäufer meldete sich nicht mehr bei mir.

Keine Rückerstattung trotz internationaler Verträge
Spiel gekauft im Glauben, es handelt sich um einen Key. Dem war nicht so. Key war für einen anderen Steam Account und der Möglichkeit es Offline zu spielen. (Steam Account Sharing ist zudem nicht nach Regularien von Steam erlaubt) Habe den Fehler bemerkt und wollte eine Rückerstattung. Diese wurde verneint, da ich durch den Kauf den AGB zugestimmt habe.
Nach EU Regularien können bzw müssen Online gekaufte Artikel bis zu 30 Tage nach Rückerstattungsfähig sein, ohne sogar einen Grund für die Rückerstattung zu geben.

Ich hatte es trotz Warnung versucht und habe ebenfalls einen fremden Account erhalten aber nie ein Bestätigungscode.
Das Geld ist weg und bei der Bitte um Rückerstattung, wird nur unnötig hingehalten.
Sehr fraglich warum diese Seite noch vorhanden ist.
Nachtrag nach der Antwort:
Es handelt sich um automatische antworten und auch per Chat und E-Mail wird nicht geholfen, sonder nur drumherum geredet und hingehalten.
Nach mehrmaligem anfordern der Rückerstattung, wird nur auf den Verkäufer verwiesen, der die gleiche Masche abzieht.

Fc26 Key erwartet und mir wird ein fremder Benutzer-Account auf meiner Konsole registriert. Das gekaufte Spiel gehört niemals dem Käufer, sondern dem Verkäufer. Der Verkäufer kann einfach nach Lust und Laune sein Account löschen und dann hat man sein Geld in den Müll geschmissen.
Man darf nicht Mal mit dem eigenen Account spielen, das ist nichts anderes als Betrug!

I habe auf dieser Seite einen Account gekauft. Als erstes dachte ich, dass das nicht vertrauenswürdig sei. Es hat aber alles reibungslos funktioniert. Nach einer kurzen Zeit hatte ich dann Probleme mit dem Einloggen, aber auch nach einem halben Jahr hat der Verkäufer: "LİDAKİ" immer noch geantwortet und mir weitergeholfen. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Betrügerisches Angebot – gekaufter PSN-Account gehört einem gar nicht
Ich habe über Difmark einen PSN-Account mit Forza Horizon 5 gekauft. Ich kenne dieses Modell und weiß, dass man normalerweise nach dem Kauf volle Kontrolle über den Account hat – also das Passwort ändern und Console Sharing aktivieren kann, um das Spiel mit dem eigenen PSN-Profil zu nutzen.
In diesem Fall war das jedoch nicht möglich: Der Account war offenbar mehrfach verkauft und bereits auf einer anderen Konsole als primär aktiviert. Console Sharing wurde verweigert, und der Verkäufer wollte stattdessen, dass ich mein persönliches Microsoft-Konto mit diesem fremden Account verknüpfe – was aus Sicherheitsgründen völlig inakzeptabel ist.
Das Spiel ist dadurch nicht spielbar, und Difmark lehnt eine Rückerstattung ab mit der Begründung, es handle sich um einen „offline-only shared account“ – obwohl das nirgendwo vor dem Kauf stand.
Mein Support-Ticket wurde einfach geschlossen.
Fazit: Irreführende Angebote, kein Kundenschutz, kein Vertrauen.

Betrug mittels falscher Ausweisung des Produktes beim Kauf
Darstellung des Sachvehraltes:
Ich habe auf der Internetseite einen „Epic-Games“ Account gekauft, der das Spiel „FC 2026“ beinhaltet.
Nachdem ich den Kauf getätigt habe, habe ich Zugangsdaten zu einem Account erhalten. Jedoch hatte ich keine Möglichkeit das Passwort oder die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse zu ändern. Folglich bedeutet, dass, das der ursprüngliche Accountinhaber jederzeit, dass Passwort ändern kann und mir ergo, der Account nicht wirklich übergeben wurde.
Dies habe ich beim Support des Webportal beanstandet. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte einen Shared Account, also einen geteilten Account gekauft und das dies auf der Website beim Kauf ausgewiesen sei.
Das stimmt nicht! Beim Kauf wird auf keiner Weise darauf hingewiesen. Es handelt sich hierbei eindeutig um einen Betrug.
Auf anderen Portalen gab in der Vergangenheit nie solche Probleme.
