Bought many times for years and I can't remember ever a mistake in delivery. Helpful on phone. I once needed a refund from Yonex for trainers that had a mechanism fault within the warranty period and they were helpful to process and I received a refund.

Ordered a badminton racket with stringing and a grip. Delivery was prompt so no complaints there, however the grip I received was an unbranded piece of tat that was sold as Yonex. I've used the racket once and the quality of the stringing they've done is shockingly poor - it's supposed to be mid-tension but strings slipping all over the place even after gentle shots. I'll not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my brother’s birthday. They only have the right size with the most valuable price too. Delivery was so prompt. Unfortunately size were bigger and tried to replace with smaller ones but they do not have it on their stock. Returning and refunding the item went so smoothly without any difficulty at all. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Bought an Yonex Astrox 99 Play racket, found price is reasonable. This racket is perfect for smash and its precision. Will definitely buy again from them and recommend friends.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my daughters. The pair for my younger daughter didn’t fit, so I returned it to exchange for a larger size. The process was smooth and quick.

Not great, one pair of trainers arrived which I liked and wanted to keep, the other pair I wanted to send back because I really disliked them in real life. The return period is 21 days from despatch, not receipt, confusing issues, also all returns must be posted no later than 14 days from the given 21 day return period, meaning you don't have anything like 21 days to return the item. Given that I didn't read the small print, but tried to generate a return on their online portal WITHIN 21 DAYS, I missed my return window and DB refused to process my return. I think they are in breach of some consumer code here but hey whatcanyado except shop eslewhere.

I was after a specific racket which I could only find in stock at Direct Badminton. I ordered quite late in the day, around 3.30pm not realising that there was a cutoff for rackets needing a restring of 4pm. Dispatch notification received and the racket arrived before noon the next day. Excellent job!
