on placing the order I got confirmation but no delivery date. After 9 days I rang and was informed that it was down for delivery tomorrow, I asked if it would be delivered tomorrow she just repeated its down for delivery. She stated that the website says 3-5 working days and tomorrow I pointed out would be 7th day.
she the suggested I ring in the morning and she could update me. I should have gone local.

Having purchased from Direct Plastics twice now. They have great prices, coupled with a very promp and efficient delivery service, by GAP.
With very polite delivery driver.

Web page worked well but I selected Tuesday 29th as the delivery date, I am still waiting for the order to change status from “processing”

Items received as indicated, but x2 items wrong and over ordered on brackets. Replaced with correct items and returned in wanted brackets within 2 days 👍
But have never received balance refund after speaking on the telephone twice and at least one email 😔
