An electrical fire due to their faulty wiring.
An electrical fire broke out due to faulty wiring these employees did, took it to them and they said it was covered under warranty and would be contacted with a quote if anything wasn't. Was not contacted, they said they took it apart, fixed it and want to charge for it. Contacted them several times, spoke to the manger who said it wasn't their fault they did the wiring wrong. Said they didn't have any proof of who completed the wiring, asked them to look at the security cameras, the manager said it didn't go back more than 2 weeks so they couldn't. They said we must pay or they will take it apart, give us the burnt broken pieces. Very disappointing, will contacting fair trading.

Pal retro fit LED pool light
I ordered a retro fit pal led pool light as one of our pool lights had gone dull. I accidentally ordered the incorrect one but Direct Pool Supplies were very helpful and sent me the details I needed to return it. They then sent me out the correct light and we fitted it today. Very easy to fit and our pool lights up nicely again.
I will definitely order more items from this company.

Unhappy customer
You sold me a product that you couldn’t supply. I was promised over the phone that you could get it, so I paid the full price. You said “ I could pick it up from your Cardiff store in 7 days time.”
No correspondence during the 7 days. I phoned to find out if my purchase was ready to pick up and was placed on hold for 20 minutes then was told that the product I had paid for was no longer available. I then requested a refund and was told “ it would be another 7 days before my money was returned to me.
So I would suggest that before you accept a customers payment you should check the availability of the product.
Also you should be checking with your suppliers regularly and update your website to reflect the stock availability.
I will never shop with Direct pool supplies again.

Thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry we were unable to supply you with the product you were after.
Unfortunately as we do not stock this product, at times of ordering (particularly on the weekend) we are often unaware that it has been made redundant, which seems to have been the case in your order. We also attempted to reach out to other suppliers to try and fulfill your order however we were unsuccessful.
Generally our refunds are resolved within three business days, yet, we like to advise customers that this can sometimes push out to 7 days depending on the bank.
We would love the opportunity to make it up to you. I have reached out via email please feel free to take up the offer
