Poor delivery time.After 10 days and the unit had not arrived phoned to find Direct Poll Supplies did not even have any units.Were not told of this when you took my money. With all the units you sell would have thought it would have been professional to supply another unit?The most important thing is my 90y mother missed out on one of the only things she can do is swim in the hottest 2 months of the year.And don’t blame weather this time as flooding was in the north island. In reply to your reply, please don’t insult me with lies . The unit was on special NOT out of stock as you say. If I was told different would I have purchased it.

We really hate to hear that anyone has missed out on enjoying their swimming season. Unfortunately, when your order was placed on Januray 24th, this product was marked as a preorder item with a wait time of 2 weeks.
Our staff were quick to communicate what was happening with your order while also offering alternate options. We put your order to the top of the waiting list so that we could get it to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, once dispatched it was stuck at the border due to the weather events in New Zealand, at this stage we couldnt enhance the speed of delivery further
We would have loved to have had a faster turn around time for you, this time we were unable to do that.

I was disappointed to be told that the product would be here within the week only to find out the order had been mucked up. I then was told that it had come into the shop and been sent out to another customer, this story changed about twenty minutes later. The goods were paid for up front and we still had to wait over four weeks.
Very reluctant to purchase from this company again

Recently purchased a Zodiac DUO DX4000
Recently purchased a Zodiac DUO DX4000 Robotic Pool Cleaner. Excellent pricing and the product works amazing on my pool that has steps and swim out ledges - quartson concrete pool size 8.5m x 4.3m. I know that there are many products available that perhaps could perform as well BUT I am totally satisfied with the DX4000. Now I have one less chore to do - what will I do with the extra hours!

Professional knowledgeable and quick service
I needed a plate for my pool skimmer box. Face to face contact with many pool shops, bringing the plate in with me, achieved nothing. No interest. When I contacted Direct Pool it was quite different. Interested, asked for photo's of plate and confirmation measurements. Immediately knee what I needed and it arrived safely in a short period of time.
