The book was a gift. Transaction and product was great!

I ordered my book and when it was delivered I noticed that chapter 9 was omitted. The book has ten chapters. It was printed with chapters 1-8, skipped chapter 9, repeated chapter 8 and concluded with chapter 10. So chapters 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,8,10. I spoke with customer service. They said sorry and would send a replacement copy. I thought cool, thanks. A month passed and no copy. I Called customer service back and was told that there were no notes attached with my order number indicating that I ever called, nor that a replacement copy would be sent. Then I was told that I could send the book back and I would be issued a refund.

Amazingly quick shipping!! Will order more soon.

In May I have purchased 4 books from you. They all are in very good condition, arrived in a timely manner, and reasonably priced. I'm now waiting on 2 more books I ordered. I am a voracious reader so I have become a regular customer.

I was expecting to receive maps with the map book. According to the book first page it was supposed to have 9 maps with it. I thought that was in the Books Description online as well. Book was "Decription of the Country; Virginia's Cartographers and Their Maps". With any luck I can find each of the maps and add them to my collection.

All books have as described or even better condition. When I had an issue with not receiving a book I ordered I was very quickly given options. Love Discover Books..keep up the great service!

Books arrived in great shape and on time, and no huge used book stickers on the backs of the books. The selection was great, and I was able to get an out of print book for about $15.00 less than other sellers.

I think discover books is great. I use to visit the library and wait for the books I wanted to read to come in. They were always out and it was frustrating. I decided to order some books online and discovered them. I ordered multiple books some hard back and they didn’t charge me for shipping. The books were so cheap I ordered more again.

This book was described as like new. I take this description pretty seriously, and so I was disappointed when the book arrived with a torn page that had been taped back together.
In response to my complaint, the company offered a full refund and did not require that I return the book. I was pleased with this response.
Otherwise, it's a great story and it arrived in a timely manner.

Book was in very good condition, delivery time was excellent, very pleased with this company.

The books were good quality. However, they were ALL kids books, which is not what was suggested would happen. Not thrilled.

I never received the book!! Please refund my money...
