The Kissing Hand is a wonderful children's book that every parent should read with their child/grandchildren.
I know that I purchased a used copy which I do quite often - the words never change after somebody else has read them.
I am sorely disappointed that this book was defaced when I received it. A child's (previous owner's) name was scrawled in blue felt-tipped marker across the inside of the front cover. Shame on you for allowing a product in that condition to be sent.

I purchased Volumes 1&2 of Isis Unveiled. I only received Volume 2. I was told Discover Books listed it wrong. I believe they sold my volume 1 for more money. I will never purchase from Discover Books again.

I love books and used to take great pleasure in visiting a local used book store that closed down.Then I found Discover Books. They are great because their items are in good condition, available at a great price, and arrive promptly. Keep up the good wrk!

Totally enjoyed noir novels by Peter May set on the turbulent, storm-tossed island(s) of Lewis and Harris in Scotland. I appreciate getting Discover Books' discounts as well.

Before ordering, I carefully confirmed their policy on "ex-library" books. When my order arrived, 2 of the 3 books were ex-library. They replaced them; this time only 1 was ex-library. They refunded my money politely. But this was way more trouble than it was worth, and shows a real disconnect in their inventory. I won't be wasting my time again.

I have the best luck on finding titles for less at Discover Books- all the books came in as described condition & more affordable than other used booksellers. The only problem is my TBR (to be read) pile is growing faster than I can read. Thank you!!

I love Discover Books! I have been buying from them for years, now. They offer a very wide selection, including older books that I could no longer obtain through our local A+ library system. Prices are affordable, usually much less than "new book" websites. They even have children's books!

Go on the site. Order books. (Sign up for email discounts. They do not overload you.) Receive books in mail in a timely manner. Read read read. 🤓

I am so glad to have found discover books. I so enjoy reading "real" books over on line books. I enjoy the savings I get with this company and everything is packed perfectly. Also this company has a great selection.

I have ordered books from this company twice already and definitely will order again. The books arrived quickly and in great condition. The discounts that are offered through text messages are fabulous!❤️

I ordered several books all listed in new or good condition. I was very disappointed when the package arrived torn; the books dirty (I had to clean them page by page) damaged and one was missing.
I contacted customer service via email and included pictures both attached and embedded in the email of the damaged book and packaging.
The responses I received from Megan “customer service lead” were enough to warn me off doing business with Discover books ever again.
In my email I suggested that the flimsy material they shipped my order in (literally no thicker than a sandwich baggie) was not fit for mailing such heavy items. Her response was focused on defending their choice of packaging; shifting blame to the post office. There was no offer to make good on a new book arrived torn and the binding damaged.
I replied to her email and said the pictures must not have come through on her end bc I attached and embedded them in my email.
She replied “ I apologize for not receiving your email with the screenshots.”
As a customer I read that and think “how can you say you did not receive it when you replied to it?”🧐🧐
I did receive my money back for the missing book. But I am stuck with a damaged book and will have to repurchase it elsewhere as it was intended as a gift.

Excellent! The book was exactly as pictured, the proper edition, in excellent condition, and arrived in the promised time. It was also about half the price of the next cheapest used book seller.

Discover books has a pretty good selection of titles I was pleasantly surprised to find. The prices are pretty good, and the customer service is very very good. There was a previous order that somehow didn't come through the mail and when I contacted customer service they took care of it immediately, courteously, and were very pleasant and friendly about it. I subsequently ordered some difficult to find Bibles from Discover books and I am very pleased the books arrived promptly in great condition and I'm very happy with them. All in all very good value

This is really a great book I was impressed you can just about use apple cider vinegar for just about anything
