This company is awful. They financed their new start, which they keep advertising now, with orders they never fulfilled. Now they are offering coupons months later, while not responding to emails, always just full of excuses about their freelance staff being unreliable. Not customer problem. Basically, won't ever order from them again, scam.

Do not use these scammers! I received a few emails saying that they have new management and will provide better service and will respond to all questions etc but it’s all lies!

There’s much better online dispensaries that I’m using.

Used to use these lot all the time but now that I’ve found better elsewhere it makes these look like a right joke!

Been getting e mails from these thief's about there new upgraded service I just unsubscribed suggest you all do as well. I've given them enough chances as it seems alot of people have they are a complete joke and there greens crap anyway, if it even arrives!!!

For goodness sake people, dont give them any money. It's a scam, they wont send you anything. This once reputable company has been taken over and is just fleecing people. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY.

Like most people saying, used to be a decent website, now they just scam.
My advise if you have been scammed, keep pinging them fake order after order. Then when they send out the email for bank transfer details, report them for fraud, their accounts will be frozen and they will lose the cash in there. Admittedly you won’t get cash back this way but it stop these cretins from getting their hands on it too. Also their website lets you put through as many items as you like. I put an order though totalling £1.6 billion, and it went through no problem. Just another indication they are now scammers as there is no stock limits or control on the site. There CS in telegram has also been shut down so no way to contact them.

silly me! i made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. if this was you too, don’t take it out on yourself, it happens. i spent over £50 for nothing to arrive. do not trust them, it is a complete scam. have a nice day!😊

I used them for a couple of years, generally was ok but I had one bad experience where I was “shortchanged” with a parcel that didn’t arrive but they gave a voucher to replace, but that was after a lengthy dispute. The last order I made to them in mid December still has not arrived and there is no customer support, so I have to give the lowest rating as they have been unreliable. It’s a great shame because at first they were reliable, but now it appears that they are not. Karma is a funny thing…

Absolutely AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have also been waiting for a voucher from not receiving a ££275 which was ordered back in September, and the order was made for a relation of mine so it was there money lost which I felt responsible 😔
Have chased them so many times and they keep ignoring me, and to top it off thy keep sending emails promoting their SHOCKING business .

isn’t reach out to the ‘customer service’ with a supposed 72 hour promise response time also a lie. the payment also there is a different bank account due to account clearly closing due to violations being committed. then it changes to crypto payments DO NOT do this if you do you’ll have no way to get your funds back if you do bank to bank at least a dispute could be raised.

Just want to add to the other reviews as a warning, this site is A SCAM. Once upon a time it was run by trustworthy folk but now they will take your money and ghost. DO NOT USE. There are other sites which are reliable.

I previously had order and received in the same week, no issues at all and great customer service but these last few months service has completely declined. Their team has ignored my multiple emails about my order I’ve been waiting months on, I was told I would receive a coupon which I still haven’t and it’s very clear that I’ve just wasted money on goods I’ll never receive.
