Ordered helicopter cufflinks via Not on the High Street for a rushed gift. It said if you paid extra they would arrive on the Weds. I needed them for the Wednesday morning, so this seemed a bit risky and I wanted to see if there was an overnight delivery option instead. With no option for this, I saw who the sellers were and separately went to their website and emailed my dilemma. The gift was for someone leaving on the Wednesday to work for Air Ambulance. We decided to take the risk and ordered the cufflinks on the Friday afternoon.

To our surprise, they arrived Saturday morning and are excellent quality. The detail and weight are both great and the gift box was nice too. When I returned to work on Monday, I saw an email that had arrived after I left on Friday from Divon, acknowledging my email and saying don’t worry they will “take care of it..” and they most certainly did!

The cufflinks seem like a very fitting gift for this person and we are delighted with the quality and look of them. We can’t wait to see his face when he opens them.

Started off strong. Fast delivery, beautiful ring. However it was too small for me, despite being my usual size.I'd emailed in asking if I could exchange it to which they said they would be more than happy too.

I sent the ring in, emailed with my measurements for a new ring and nothing. It's been over a week now I've had zero messages despite sending the ring back with three emails being ignored. Such a shame as the pieces are beautiful their customer replies are lacking. Wouldn't go back as I feel I've been scammed.

I bought this for my daughter, it's her favorite statue. The necklace is beautiful and I think she's going to love it!

Order placed 12/25. Today is 1/10/26, still no delivery and no expected date of delivery yet. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service requesting assistance but they just say to wait. The delivery in checkout was 5-7 business days. This is just getting insane and unprofessional. Don’t plan on ordering from this company again and highly don’t recommend anyone else does either unfortunately.

I’m in love with this piece. I’ve been wearing it every day. I was skeptical at first about the site and the quality but everything from chain to pendant is high quality and has that luxurious weight to it. Considering how much I love it, I’m sure I will be purchasing from here again!

The chain was found broken upon delivery, right out of the box. Very disappointing. Delivery also took nearly three weeks, advertised as 5-7 days.
