Clearly this is a scam. I ordered three go carts for my grandbabies, over 200 dollars, said it was sent out on Dec 9. Have not heard a thing, and zero response from Divon. This was their big gift and cannot be replaced. So upset and disappointed! I work very hard for my money. I’m devastated.

This is a scam! Do not waste your money. I ordered 2 items for my grandsons for Christmas on November 1st and have not received anything even though I got 2 different delivery dates from them. Now they are saying they were delivered 7 days ago and that is not the truth. I now have 2 days to get my grandsons something else for Christmas due to being taken advantage of by this scam!!

Ordered on Nov 9 so it would be here by Christmas. Contacted them twice and was told the first time it was shipped and the second time it would be here by December 20th. We'll today is the 20th and still nothing. Emailed twice today but no response. I've learned "buyer beware"

Terrible customer service and order…
Terrible customer service and order tracking, once the order was placed I had to wait and insist for days to get something, then I finally got an answer. You have to improve that because it takes away all reliability, but well once solved this I got the necklace right away and the product as such is of good quality and the same as in the photo.

Thought it was going well but...
The item had a chip in it when I received it. Spoke to someone and they were sending out a replacement. Never received my replacement and reached out multiple times to see where it is and it's been over a month. It was supposed to be a gift back in early June. It is now July 18th.

Amazing and fast service
Amazing and fast service! The necklace I bought is of very good quality and the packaging is very cute. I don't live in the UK and delivery took about 5-6 work days, so quite fast. I will definitely be a returning customer!

WRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE
I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street.
I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund.
Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.

This piece is exactly as described and amazing quality. I have gotten so many compliments and it is the only necklace I want to wear. I got this specifically because it is just like the one worn by the lead singer of Greta Van Fleet and will be wearing it to an upcoming concert as well as every other day.
