Recently found a rental property through DM & Co. homes. They are very professional and helpful. would like to commend MS. CHIARA WILLIAMS who helped us secure the property we wanted, taking extra mile so we can make a good deal and always update us. They made everything seamless and stress free from viewing to handling of keys, staffs are very friendly and welcoming, would recommend DM&CO to all my friends -)

Recently used DM & Co to find a rental property for my family at short notice. The team there (we used the office in Monkspath) where exceptional and a real credit to the company.

They made the entire experience form application to move in day quick, painless and efficient.

Special mention should be given to Chiara who was the agent we worked with. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped to make the whole process stress free.

We were looking for a bigger house for our growing family. After looking at various houses with various agents, we settled on one we loved through DM & Co.

Being in the middle of a chain, we knew things would take a little longer. DM & Co. were always willing to help and answer any questions that we had.

In particular, Amy, who was our point of contact kept us updated and was very helpful with all our questions. There were a few times when our sale and purchase could have fallen through due to various reasons but Amy always did her best to keep everything moving and keep everyone informed so that the transactions went ahead.

We finally moved after what seems like ages looking, but DM&Co were always happy to show us around houses to try and find the one. What was particularly useful was being on their mailing list. When we did find the one, Ann was great, always responsive.

Really good experience with them as letting agents to help us find a rental property. Chiara was great!

I purchased my first house through DM&Co over the past few months and the process was virtually seamless. There were a lot of potential issues due to the seller being overseas but my queries were answered honestly, fairly and with speed to ensure the purchase went through without hiccup. From letting me view the property before coming to market; to getting my offer accepted; to answering every question raised through the conveyancing and survey process, Ann Wood and Amy Carstairs were essential to this transaction getting done. As most people know buying and selling a house is a stressful process. Having recently moved a couple of times we were looking to find our forever home. One of our initial viewings during our search was of a house being marketed by DM&Co. We were shown the property by Kathy Griffiths who Heads up the Premium Property team covering Solihull & Dorridge area. Kathy is a consummate professional who clearly knows her market and understands her clients. Kathy identified numerous properties that fitted our brief and was very supportive and responsive to our needs. She remained patient with us throughout the process and her knowledge and experience assisted us in finding and negotiating the purchase of our new home. Kathy was supported by an excellent team throughout our purchase. We did not use DM&Co. for the sale of our own house because their valuation was significantly below other valuations we received and the actual price the property sold for. They did acknowledge that in hindsight they got it wrong but for this reason I have given them 4 star.

This was the fourth time I have used DM and Co to sell / purchase my main residential home. Kathy Griffiths has led the process and the team on each occasion.

As we are all aware buying and selling your main home presents many challenges; some you are expecting and then some that come from nowhere and present extra unforeseen and unwelcome challenges.

I instruct DM and Co because they have the reputation, credibility and resources to find my buyer and indeed find me a new home - what more do you want?

Well once you have found the buyer - you actually require a lot more than you think you do. The process continues to be precarious at best, in England, and this is where the resources and culture of the company you are using and the skills set of your agent becomes massively important.

To that end, I am hugely grateful to Dom and the whole team at DM and Co. This last sale hit a particular technical issue that nobody saw coming and could have compromised the sale.

Kathy led the initiative to keep the sale on track to a successful completion. On meeting Kathy and getting to know her, it is easy to see why so many people are choosing to use her and why people want to do business with her.

Her charming and relaxed, positive disposition, makes the whole experience much more enjoyable and takes away some of the stress typically associated with selling your home - especially if things get a little tricky, which they often do.

Couple this with her complete professionalism, knowledge of the market, work ethic, tenacity and integrity, why wouldn't you want to have Kathy in your corner.

Finally, Kathy has the gravitas, experience and skill to navigate her way around all appropriate stake holders, to ensure everyone is kept happy and on track. Kathy truly does have the customers best interest at heart, with the focus on completion. I would suggest, that in my experience, Kathy has become the premier agent in Solihull and surrounding area.

I cannot recommend DM & co and particularly Evie Law highly enough. Although we did not get the house we originally applied for, due to our difficult circumstances, she didn't just leave it at that she found another house for us that did accept us (unlike a number of other estate agents we had dealt with) She is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process of renting really simple and really quick. Evie always made sure that we had regular updates and answered all our questions as soon as she could. All the staff that we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Should we ever need to move again they will definitely be our first call.

After deciding in spring 2024 that we wanted to relocate to Knowle / Dorridge from London, we contacted DM& Co Homes and asked to see some properties to see what we could get in the area. Amy from the Dorridge office was very helpful and arranged to show us several properties in one go across a couple of Saturdays. She quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us to find a property that was exactly what we were looking for. She managed the negotiations very well and we secured our ideal home at a good price. She remained supportive and communicative throughout the whole purchase including when our first buyer pulled out (through no fault of our own) and she managed to keep the vendor on side. When move day came we got caught up in a traffic jam and missed the opening hours of the office, but Amy went above and beyond and kindly dropped the keys to us on her way home from work. We were very happy with the service that Amy and the rest of the team provided, and we'd definitely recommend them to others.

My property was put on the market in April and I was able to vacate on 9 September. I felt the property was overvalued when it first went on the market but an adjustment to the asking price resulted in a lot of viewings. I was advised of all viewings and was kept up to date with proceedings. Communication was good and there was always someone to answer my queries/concerns. Although it is generally a stressful time, the way the D M & Co staff handled the project made it less so. Their customer service was excellent and I would recommend D M & Co to any potential seller.

The DM and Co. Premium team looked after our sale professionally with a high quality prospectus, proper information, prompt and sensible feedback and follow up with buyers. They sat on top of the sale, pushing along the process whilst the lawyers did the conveyancing. We did our part to support their efforts too and we appreciated the open, frank and friendly dialogue at all times along the way.

I would like to thank Rav for all her help and patience During the sale of my property we had a few stressful moments which she handled expertly and kept me fully informed. Everyone at DM & Co were just so helpful, friendly and professional from the moment Matt came to value right through to the end sale. I was informed of every step along the way and my experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend. Thank you all at DM & Co.

The sale of our house was a three year project with more downs than up but through it all Matt at the Dorridge office remained positive, proactive and a calming influence. After one disappointment too many we took our house off the market in spring 2023 but Matt was always in the background saying that he was ready should we decide to try again. That actually happened in February this year when we had an offer on a property accepted but in the knowledge completion would take around six months due to probate. Matt found a buyer for us and managed to keep all parties happy until completion. We are extremely grateful to him and have no hesitation in recommending him and DM&Co.

After getting settled into our new family home, I just wanted to take the time to mention how wonderful Chiara from DM & Co Homes in Shirley was. She was nothing but helpful and cooperative in making our move as swift and as easy as possible.
